(a) Topographical Survey:  Scope: Conduct a detailed survey of the site to capture terrain, elevations, and existing features.  Deliverables: Contour maps, boundary lines, and landmark documentation. (b) Establishment of Points:  Scope: Set up reference and control points across the site for accurate measurements.  Deliverables: Location coordinates, reference point maps, and control station documentation. (c) Tree Survey with Girth:  Scope: Document the location, species/name, and girth of all trees on the site.  Deliverables: Tree inventory report, including species/name identification and girth measurements. (d) Cutting and Filling of Slope Survey:  Scope: Survey existing slopes to determine gradients, volumes, and stability for earthwork planning.  Deliverables: Detailed slope maps, volume calculations for cutting and filling, and stability analysis. (e) Drone survey/arial survey with specific resolution for image  Deliverables: Drone video footage (raw + edited, if required) and High-resolution aerial image covering the entire site showing nearby Boundaries, roads, utilities, etc. Land Area = 8.00 Acre
