Supply only Hi-strength granular chlorination chemical based with CIAS (Corrosion Inhibitor & Anti-scalant) to be ratified by E-inC’s Branch, Dry, free flowing, consistent white granules (or powder) and without hard lumps or impurities should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as give in IS:10500:2012 in treated and disinfectant water, chlorine having minimum 55%-60% chlorine content by mass packed in 45Kgs PVC sealed container, 5-10 % moisture content, upto 4% Calcium Hydroxide, upto 15 % Sodium Chloride suitable for treatment of drinking water and swimming pool (Much more stable than chlorine gas, bleaching power and sodium hypochlorite) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) IV & RV shall be maintained for every consignment of the material supplied, and the same shall be entered in MB as not to Abstract, before making payment. (ii) The contractor shall produce manufacturers "Certificate of Compliance" indicating date of manufacturer in original alongwith every consignment of supply. (iii) The Engg-in-Charge shall organise testing of random samples of chemical drawn from the various lots which shall be got tested from NTH, NIT,IIT, NABL laboratories, Govt Engineering Collage or Any Govt laboratories by the contractor under his own arrangements and the cost of both materials and labour required for sampling, testing, packing, transportation of samples to the testing places and testing charges thereof, and for subsequent identification of above chemical sampled, shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply only Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC)inorganic soluble polymer raw water flocculants powder in 25 Kg bags conforming to the following specifications: -(a) Bulk Density/specific Gravity at 20 Degree Celcius: 0.75 + 0.10 (b) PH Value of aqueous solution (w/v): 3.5 – 5.0 (1%)(c) Chloride content (w/w): 31.0% + 2.0%(d) Sulphate content: 10 % (Max)(e) Basicity: 40.0 + 5.0(f) Mercury & Lead: Not Desirableall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-The contractor shall be produce manufacturers "Certificate of Compliance" indicating date of manufacturer in original alongwith every consignment of supply.

Supply only TCCA 90( Trichloroisocyanuric acid) granular for water purification and chlorinelevel control of swimming pool water complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The contractor shall be produce manufacturers "Certificate of Compliance" indicating date of manufacturer in original alongwith every consignment of supply.

Supply only blue crystal copper sulfate to maintain PH value and visibility of swimming pool water complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The contractor shall be produce manufacturers "Certificate of Compliance" indicating date of manufacturer in original alongwith every consignment of supply.

Collection of water samples from 10 nos( raw water & treated water) water supply installations ( Pump House No. 1, 2,3,4,5 ) and water treatment plant under ROWRIAH, SARARIBARI, BHLUKMARA Area in a special sterilized container and submitting to test laboratory for Bacteriological/Chemical analysis as IS and obtain test result from lab incl submitting to Engineer-in-Charge as directed.

Collection of water samples from 5 nos water supply installations ( Pump House No. 1, 2,3,4,5 ) and water treatment plant under ROWRIAH, SARARIBARI, BHLUKMARA Area in a special sterilized container and submitting to test laboratory for Lead analysis as IS and obtain test result from lab incl submitting to Engineer-in-Charge as directed. NOTE for item no 06 & 07_: (i)Testing shall be carried out from NTC/NEIST Jorhat or any other Govt approved laboratory with prior approval of GE. by the contractor under his own arrangements and the cost of both materials and labour required for sampling, collection bottle,testing, packing, transportation of samples to the testing places and testing charges thereof, and for subsequent identification of above chemical sampled, shall be borne by the contractor. (ii)The contractor shall submit the test Certificate pump house in original along with the test sheet giving the results of each test as per relevant IS

Supply only Spiral Cap type pet sterile bottle made from BPA free material for taking samples of water for testing all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair PE /FRP dozing tank of capacity 100 litres, 480 mm dia and 575 mm height with lid containing port hole for pouring chlorination chemical and water including provision for mounting arrangement for motor & dosing pump, solution level indication Gauge suitable for chemical dosing plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitiser refill (dia 2.5 inches ± 0.5 inches height 10 inches+ 0.5 inches) for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled release of disinfactant in water, suitable for operation through dosing system Make- Declibac (Type Stequa 411 AEV Eqv) complete all as specified and directed. Note- The product media should have heavy metal contaminants below detectable limits & must pass the acute toxicity test confirm to non toxicity for mammalian cells) and safe for human health safety point

Material & labour for pressure washing and cleaning thoroughly the bottom floor and inside walls of swimming pool of minimum 300000 gallons capacity after draining out of water including cleaning of joints of tiles of the pool by suitable mechanical means using mild hydrochloric acid for fungus/ algae free surfaces including removing out all dirt and foreign matters if any from the pool to a distance not exceeding 50m complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed. Notes: Draining of water from the Swimming pool shall be made by the Contractor without any extra cost to the Government for this works.

Material & labour for pressure washing and cleaning thoroughly the bottom and inside walls of balancing tank of the swimming pool after draining out of water by suitable mechanical means using bleaching powder including removing of sludge/ slurry/ foreign matters if any from the tank to a distance not exceeding 50m complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed. Notes: Draining of water from the balancing tank shall be made by the Contractor without any extra cost to the Government for this works.

Dismantling, repairing/replacement, re-fixing and commissioning, testing of defective motor of capacity up to 1 HP, 415 Volt, 1440 RPM with gear assembly from chemical dozing system / Water filteration in swimming pool after disconnecting electric connection and servicing the motor & gear assembly for proper functioning including replacement of burnt copper winding, oiling and greasing etc, and refixing back in same position complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All Spares such as NRV, Bearing, Rubber coupling will be deemed to be included in rate quoted against above item.

Materials and Labour for galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 15 mm bore with all fittings, laid in trenches, and including taking up old GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and not e. 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles, laying under ground cables, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soft / loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft / loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
