Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal (including supply of road metal), watering and well ramming using power roller 8-12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with steel wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 over prepared surfaces by mechanical sprayer etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous macadam with binder bitumen VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm ), all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content (using bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix, and laid with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 tonne capacity vibratory tandom power road roller to achieve the required compactness , to required camber & gradient complete including cutting of edges of roads straight and site clearance all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting 2.5mm thick road marking strips, width not exc 100 mm (reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic paint by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe, heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign materials etc, complete as sprcified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down carefully the existing PVC speed breakers of any size and description and refixing the same or in other location ith suitable adhesive/ with nailing complete as sprcified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge
