Annual Maintenance Contract AMC for as When Required Maintenance of High Mast Towers Flood Light Towers Street Light Poles and associated accessories installed at ERPL Haldia PHBPL PHBMPL PSHPL Haldia for 02 Years

Repairing of Winch Motor: Rewinding of 1-phase/3-phase electrical motors of various voltage grades/makes/types and of following capacities as per the original specifications & types/gauge of rewinding/winding wire, insulation of various points inside slots/overhang and overall final layers of insulation/tapes as per the original motor specifications, after baking to required temperature and applying insulating varnish (Dr-Beck & Co. make & type), providing glass/other types of sleaves on connection wires from inside motor winding to connection plate. The winding, varnishing, tapes and other materials required for completion of this complete job is in the scope of contractor excluding transportation to & from Owner’s works to Contractor's rewinding shop. which shall be paid seperately on trip basis.The winding wire will be Devi Dayal make and insulation tapes shall be ISI marked & of reputed manufacturers as per decision of Engineer-in- Charge. This also includes repair/replacement of connection plate completely including insulating sheet, nuts, bolts, washers and other hardwares as per original specifications. This further includes replacement of bearings (DE & NDE) of SKF make & greasing (IOC/HP make Servogem 2 or equivalent). This further includes satisfactory trial of motors at Owner’s premises at No load as well as at Full load. The Contractor will guarantee the rewound motors for satisfactory performance for a period of minimum six months at owner’s premises & if any such rewound motor fails within six months, it is to be rewound again by Contractor free of cost. All complete with labour and materials as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Burnt winding wire shall be kept by Contractor. Bearing Shall be supplied by IOCL

Rectification of Lighting DBs: Rectification of circuit fault in FLP/Non FLP Lighting junction boxes etc. including supply of minor type of materials, consumables like PVC putty/M-seal putty, easy clean etc to avoid entering of water/inspect, all complete with labour and materials as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Materials like lugs, glands shall be paid vide separate line item of SOR.

Structural works: Supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S. structural steel work made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc., for struts, chain link fencing posts as per drawing including gate, ladders, safety grills, walkways, collapsible gate, signboards, supports for cable trench, making slots for barbed line, wire hoisting, placing in position, embedding in concrete, applying two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155" High Build Enamel over a coat of EPILUX 610 Primer of M/s Berger or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respect including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates,bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. and necessary lettering of approved pattern on main gate, signboards etc.complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (excluding the cost of concrete work).

SITC of Junction Box: Supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of weather proof junction box of approved make with minimum 18 cable entries (suitable for 5Cx4 sqmm & 3Cx2.5 sqmm) for providing cable termination & including connection and termination of earthing wire and conduits, including supply & installation of cable glands & plugs for sealing all spare entries etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer, including the cost of all labour, tools, consumable materials etc. complete in all respect.

Cable Laying OD above 20mm: Laying of all type of cables LT (PVC / XLPE / Armoured/Unarmoured/Power/ Control/ Signalling) in trenches, in cable racks, in trays, in protective pipes, poles, columns, in conduits, in panels and on structures etc.; including the supply and installation of all required materials such as fixing clamps, screws, cable straps, tags, etc. as required (other than the supply of the conduits, cables, pipes, cable racks, trays, poles, structures and panels) complete in all respect, including cost of all labour, tools, consumable materials, etc. and cutting the cables in required lengths as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge: Power cables LT : OD above 20 mm and upto 40 mm

Cable Laying OD upto 20mm: Laying of all type of cables LT (PVC / XLPE / Armoured/Unarmoured/Power/ Control/ Signalling) in trenches, in cable racks, in trays, in protective pipes, poles, columns, in conduits, in panels and on structures etc.; including the supply and installation of all required materials such as fixing clamps, screws, cable straps, tags, etc. as required (other than the supply of the conduits, cables, pipes, cable racks, trays, poles, structures and panels) complete in all respect, including cost of all labour, tools, consumable materials, etc. and cutting the cables in required lengths as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge: Power cables LT : OD upto 20 mm

LT Cable Joint OD above 20mm: Making straight through joints on Al/Cu conductor XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable including the supply of required materials such as cable jointing kit (of heat shrinkable sleeve type of Raychem/Mseal/3M) , materials, labour, tools and tackles, consumables etc , as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge: Power cables LT : OD above 20 mm and upto 40 mm
