S&F 4mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement building board in false ceiling with aluminum anodized snap grids of 60x60cm with Tee section 35x25x1.25mm, angle section 25x25x1.25mm thick including 2mm dia GI hanging wire including all hanger fittings etc including provision three coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed. Note: False ceiling work shall be carried out upto a height of 6m from floor level

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base/ levelling course for flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L for MAPLE WOOD FLOORING complete with the following specifications including taking out existing flooring of any description alongwith under frame, etc. including making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Maple wood shall be original North American maple wood floor board. (b) The contractor shall furnish performance guarantee certificate for the maple wooden floor provided by them for 5 years from the date of completion of contract alongwith security deposit in the form of Term deposit for Rs. 15000/- for the period of 5 years from the date of completion of contract.

WEARING SURFACE: The surface boards shall be 21mm thick kiln seasoned/ treated maple hard wood, 57 to 83 mm wide, random in length, tongue and groove shaped, edges of the boards with a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove, with moisture content not more than 14%, conforming to World Squash Federation and treated with special anti-termite and water resistant lacquer.

UNDER FRAME: Under frame shall be made of commercial quality imported original Canadian pine wood runners of 70 mm x 45 mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 10mm thick EPDM air cushioned pads, stapled through the two wings at 300 mm x 300 mm.

INSTALLATION: A vapor barrier of 100 – 200 micron thick shall be provided on the leveled sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air-cushion pads shall be provided on the vapor barrier in perfect level at 300 mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards shall be screwed to the runners through the tongue only and shall lock the screwed tongue by the groove of the adjoining boards. The ends of the boards shall be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion of 8 to 10 mm to be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/ walls. The Game line marking shall be provided as per WQF standards with recommended colors before applying the finish coat.

FINISHING: After installation, the floor surface shall be machine sanded in to achieve uniform level and finally finished with PU Polishing water based polyurethane lacquer.

M&L for 55 to 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver blocks with glossy finish on top, M-35 grade, any shape and size with anti skid finish on top confirming to IS 15658-2006 all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under paver bock flooring including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured, polished, designer cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, as in pathways, pavings, etc., laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick as in plinth protection, finishing the surface fair and even, in panels & filling joints with mortar, etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.
