Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5m in depth/width for laying under ground cable/foundations and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: During excavation, no mechanical excavator is permitted to use at site,

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of LT under ground cable with screen wash sand and punning to proper required cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick protection with old size sub class ‘B’ brick for PVC under ground cable protection in trench with width equal to length of brick, laid dry and flat joining each other with gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm over LT under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old bricks for PVC under ground cable protection in trenches with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat joining each other with gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm over LT under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable retrived during taking out bricks shall re-use.

M&L excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for making foundation or any other works in hard/dense soil including removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the staring point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation or any other works complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Form work if so required for PCC works are deemed to be inclusive with quoted rate.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors of any sizes or types etc. complete, setting aside for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out of old unserviceable cable of any sizes or types for replacement with new cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of cross arms of M.S. channels or angle sections, etc. complete and depositing to MES Store Yard for re-use the serviceable steel sections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of insulators of any type and sizes and depositing to MES Store Yard for re-use the serviceable insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for relaying of heavy duty LT under ground cable of any sizes and types in pipe/trench /cable duct/fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nuts, bolts, etc. and making good the disturbed surfaces by cement mortar/paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heavy duty round wire armoured LT under ground cable 25 Sq.mm, 3.5 Core, 1100 volt grade HR PVC insulated, HR PVC inner and outer sheathed, multi stranded aluminium cable conforms to IS : 7098 (Part-I) 1988 with latest ammendments in pipe/trench/cable duct/fixed on wall by proper size and shaped GI clamps with nut bolts, etc. and making good to the disturbed surfaces by cement mortar/paint to match with the existing surfaces including taking out old unserviceable one and deposting the same in E/M Store Yard complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI pipe of size 50mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches/wall/pole through MS flat iron of size 25 x 3mm, nut, bolts, washers, etc. (whereever required) of proper size for protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Empty Box / Bus Bar Chamber / DB’s of any capacity with MCCB's or MCB fixed on wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering/white washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for DB’s Vertical-TPN Double Door 8 way, AC, 415 volt, IP 43 on the wall with MCCB, 125 A, 4 Pole of breaking capacity 36 kA as incomer by masonry works/cement plaster in cement mortar(1:6) and making good to the disturbed surfaces and distempering/white washing to match the existing surface including connection of cable, testing checking, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : MCCB and MCB will be measured and paid separately.
