Sch 'A' PART-X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) Excavation and earth work except for the items which categorically includes for same shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION S&F decorative box type LED tube light fitting 1x20 watt including LED tubular lamp with IP20 protection, inbuilt driver etc complete with all accessories internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of 1.0 sq. mm size complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat part no- LTT8-20 for LED tube and DMLN1LT8-16 for batten of crompton or technocommercial equivalent makes as per Appx 'B'.

S&F ceiling fans 1200mm sweep energy efficient five star rated incl down rods and connecting up with 3 runs of 1.5 sq mm, single core PVC insulated but unsheathed, FRLS cable with multistranded copper conductors IS 694 marked, from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed. Make: Empower50 of Crompton or technocommercial equivalent makes as per Appx 'B'.

S&F LED Security light fitting made out of pressure die cast aluminium powder coated housing high impact resistant 4mm thick toughened glass cover and matrix of power LEDs inbuilt electronic driver up to 10 KV surge protection fitted with adjustable pole adapter to enable on site tilt angle setting depending on road geometry CCT3000-6000 CRI greater than 70, input power 30 W system with 100 lumens per watt output operating voltage 160-260V with connection by three core PVC insulated multistaranded copper conductor sheathed cable of size 1.0 SQMM fixed with & copper conductor sheathed cable of size 1.0 SQMM fixed with & including bracket made of GI Pipe 25mm bore light grade, 1.2 Mtr long bent to shape required with 2 Nos MS clamps of suitable size and length, nuts & bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Cat No: LSTS-30-CDL of Crompton or technocommercial equivalent makes as per Appx 'B'.

Note for item No 13.00: (1) The LED lights shall have gurantee for 5 Years from date of completion of contaract , any defects noticed during this period shall have be rectified / Parts replaced immediately, security amount of 10% of the cost of the item shall be retained with the Deptt till end of the guarantee period. (ii) LED light manufacturer lab shall be accredited to NABL.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

ROAD, PATH, CULVERT & HARD STANDING M&L for 150 mm thick WMM (Wet Mix Macadam) (compacted thickness) in two layers conforming to grading given in table 400-13 & physical requirement given in table 400-12 spread by mechanical means & rolled by using 8-10 ton vibrator power roller over compacted surface of soling as specified in clause 406 3.5 of MORTH specification and necessary lateral support and formwork if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing concrete/bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (continuous/uninterrupted), arrows, letters etc exceeding 10 cm width & 2mm thick with hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials not less than 5 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified in clause 803.4 of MORTH&H Specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No. 356) over a coat of primer using road painting machine complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for Construction of stone Masonary valve pit of size 450 X450 X 600 mm (Internal dimenssions) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick 150 mm wide off sets alround over 100 mm thick hard core , 380 mm thick stone walls built in CM 1:6, 250 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 coping finished even and smooth, rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth, with out using extra cement internally including top of floor including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coaping with locking arrangement, mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of bituminous paint over one coat of red oxide primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

(STATIC WATER TANK 225 KL - 02 NOS) S&F 150 mm wide PVC water bars fixed at construction joints complete all as specified and directed.

(BURNING GROUND WITH 02 PLATFORM) M&L for grassing the area with Cyndan Dactylon (Calcutta grass) having rhizomes with sufficient nodes in row of 5 cm apart in either direction & watering maintanance of lawn till the grass form a thick lawn, free from seeds & fit for mowing including spreading of good earth & compost complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Grassing shall be carried out to carpetting effect i.e. installation 80% of the ground shall not have visible due to plant cover. If the desire effect is not obtained than additional grass will be planted at specified locations to achieve the effect.
