Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with with all lift and lead transporting to site upto 3 Km , spreading, gradingto required slop and compacting to meet requiredment of table 300-2 as directed by the Engineer incharge.( including royality and labour cess) but excluding GST.

Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting of WBM Grade-3 with 22.4 - 53 mm Stone ballast 7.5 cm. compacted layer (9.7 cm loose thick layer) & stone screening Type B @ 0.18 cum/10 m2 area complete as per MORD Technical Specification clause 405 including cost of all material, labour, T &P including all taxes, royalty, labour cess but excluding GST

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means. Including all cost of labour, T&P, Machinery material etc as per direction of E/I, including all type of taxes, cess etc but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 grade using presure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including all cost of labour, T&P, Machinery material etc as per direction of E/I, including all type of taxes, cess etc but excluding GST.

Providing & laying dense graded bituminous macadam (grade II) with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 grade bituminous binder @ 4% & 4.5%,by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hotmix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and as per MORTH specification complete in all respects. Including all cost of labour, T&P, Machinery material etc as per direction of E/I, including all type of taxes, cess etc but excluding GST.

Providing and laying slurry seal consisting of a mixture of fine aggregates, portland cement filler, bituminous emulsion and water on a road surface including cleaning of surface, mixing of slurry seal in a suitable mobile plant, laying and compacting to provide even riding surface. Type-II (4-6 mm size) Morth clause 512, including cost of all material, labour, T &P including all taxes, royalty, labour cess but excluding GST

Providing & laying bitumen concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bitumenious (VG-40) binder @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transported the hot mix to work site.As per MoRT&H Specification 509 grading II (13 mm), Including all cost of labour, T&P, Machinery material etc as per direction of E/I, including all type of taxes, cess etc but excluding GST.

Conctruction of un-reinforcedment, dowel jointed, M-30 plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transporting to site, laid with fixed form of slip form paver, spread compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compund, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. Including all cost of labour, T&P, Machinery material etc as per direction of E/I, including all type of taxes, cess etc but excluding GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50M.and lead upto 30M.and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into trenches or into space between the building and the sides of foundation treches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M.form the foundation trenches. including all labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. but excluding GST.

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone Grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per MORTH Specification. Including cost of all material, labour, T &P But Excluding GST.

R.C.C. work with cement, approve coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in raft excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. Including cost of all material, labour, T &P But Excluding GST.

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel & wastage, bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured. Including cost of all material, labour, T &P But Excluding GST.

Providing & laying hot applied thermo plastic compond 2.5 mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm, area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beadsas per I.R.C. 35 The Finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.Including cost of all material, labour, T &P But Excluding GST.

Reflective Raised Pavement Marker without shanks Providing and fixing of raised pavement markers with twin shanks of adequate length anchored with epoxy / bitumen adhesive of approved make (Cat Eye) Type x-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennision/3m (USA Make) having moulded body of polycarbonate, ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 M.T. tested in accordance with astmd 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H Circular, its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (Capable of Providing total internal reflection of light), electronically welded to the body. The length, height and width of the body shall not exceed 130mm, 20mm and 105mm respectively, The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 Sq. cm. on each side sloping at the angle of 35+5 degree to the base to ensure maximum feflectively. it shall comply to specification of Category A of MoRT&H circular no.
