Dismantling of RCC posts and struts of any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post hole each n exc 0.5cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

S & F Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete Type B2 1:2:4 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rolled flats for securing mesh as fencing post strut bend to shape holes drilled notches cut to receive MS bolts and barbed wire, embedded to concrete including tarring to steel work embedded to concrete necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ ISI marked (IS-2062) complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

S & F for 10mm dia mild steel round bar (ISRO 10) for fencing incl necessary cutting bending etc. Conforming to Fe 410W (Gde-E250) quality complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

S & F for Mild steel bolts nut washer (Machine made) with hexagonal head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with two washers and one nut hexagonal dia of shank n.exc 12mm and length of bolt exc 50mm but n.exc 100mm complete all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, using hot dip GI wire of size 3mm dia and size of mesh 100mmx100mm complete all as specified. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1.12 her-in-above but 6mm to 8mm dia bar as stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings,foundation beam,plinth beam bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) and similar work; vertical or to batter all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as dierected by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete. complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:1½:3) type A1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, bases for columns, mass concrete and the like, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:1½:3) type A1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate in columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and the like complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates etc but excluding framed strusses complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section conforming to Fe 410-W [grade E-250 quality A], with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel handling door fittings (exclusive steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, fasting and fixing as in repairs complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over red oxide on steel surfaces of any description n exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in diffrent unit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of black japan paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces all complete.

S&F in repairs galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete, all as specified & directed.Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over a 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Decorative Stainless steel work such as letters [box type] of any size and shape, securing, with and including cutting, fabrication, welding and fixing of approved design with ornamental works and similar work conforming to Grade 304 SG, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply laying & testing cable with LT UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size10 sqmm 2 core as in repairs complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out/laying cable and getting out, in Hard / Dense Soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply spreading in trenches fine dry river sand for cable protection and punning down gently by hand complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road and including laying of with and including new GI pipe of size 80mm size and filling with PCC Type B2 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Make: TATA / JINDAL / ZENITH / PRAKASH
