Part - I Annual Overhaul of Pressure Parts of 210 MW unit no. 5 ATPS MPPGCL Chachai. Cleaning of Boiler & Ducts

Inside cleaning of Furnace & inspection of W/W, PTSH, RH, SCREEN, Final Super Heater with the help of sky climber and assistance in thickness measurement of tubes. OR item Sl. No. 1.02

Erection & dismentling of cup lock Scaffolding in furnace up to roof tubes, Re-heater, Platen Super Heater, Final Super Heater and assistance in thickness measurement of tubes(D-metering).

Cleaning and inspection of LTSH, Economiser, steam cooled wall, supply tube, inspection & assistance in thickness measurement of tubes of above area. Necessary scaffolding in above area will be in the firms scope.

Inside cleaning of pent house,cat house and dead chamber

Repairing of pent house,cat house and dead chamber.

Out side cleaning of Boiler.

Out side cleaning of Pent house & roof

Repair/complete servicing of Boiler manholes

Repair/complete servicing of Boiler peepholes

Removing damaged/defective protion of boiler tubes/bends replacement & TIG/HP welding joint in the following areas.

Water walls/screen tube.

Pt.Sup.Heater/Final super heater.

Roof tubes/ Spacer tubes.

L.T.S.H. & associated steam cooled walls.

Drain lines of SH/RH spray/Drum root valve lines / other location.

Metal buildup on eroded H.P.tube Size - 2"x 2"

Strenthing/Rewelding (Reinforcement) of old eroded H.P.Joints

Repairing/ Replacement of economiser coils

Fitting of scalopad bar in all 4 ash panel corners.

Checking,cleaning & rectification of buckstay corner joints including stirrup.

Removal & replacement of hand hole plugs which includes repairing of plug, rewelding, preheating & stress relieving.

Fixing of readymade protection sleeve on screen/ water wall/ PSH/Reheater/ LTSH/ Ecnomiser Tubes.

Repairing/Repalcement and realignment of cassette baffle of economiser top and bottom coils.

Repairing/Replacement and realignment of cassette baffles of LTSH coils.
