S & F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

S & F for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S & F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutter’s for door open rebated prepare to receive glass gauge etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with Cut and mitered bead’s for securing glass gauge etc size of marker of shutters as per SSR Part-I Section-8 clause 8.2 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for factory made 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35mm thick class hard glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, withsash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc in windows, ventilators are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part I, Section 08 Clause 8.24 (b) as per specified and directed.

M & L for Box type steel window double frame (glazed & gauged) made of ERW tube P- section of size 60 mm x 25 mm double rebated outer frame comprise glazed skelton shutter door frame of ERW tube P-section size 50 mm x 20 mm with two Nos openable leaf cnsisting of two Nos of sash bar of T-sec 20 mm x 3 mm welded to frame with one No vertcale mullion of ERW of ERW box type T-section size of 60 mm x25 mm FI 2 mm thick welded / screwed to frame for fixing of wire guage/glass including fixture and fitting like as handle, tower bolt stopper, cleat, pintal hinges, holdfast primer etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- sheet glass, wire mess,10mm Sqr Bar security grill will be measered and paidseaperately and window will be measured one side only).

All as per Sl item No 14 here-in-before but single shutter (glazed) with single frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing rolling shutters from the existing opening and refixing the same in position after carrying out necessary repairs including oiling, greasing,easing out etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the existing ceiling board of any description fixed in any position with nails and S & F in position suspended false celling system using E Grid suspended celling Grid system. The size of Grid shall be 600X600mm with GI frame work, main runner 39X24mm, cross tee 29X24mm and wall angle 22.2X22.2mm using 4mm thick High Pressure Stream cured non primered classic/designer variant E-Board ISI Marked IS No 14862-2000. Fibre cement E Board to be placed in the gird of E Grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI bar hangers from the pulins of the roof with butter fly clips complete all as specified and directed.
