PROVISION OF STORAGE SHED AND CHAINLINK FENCING

M&L for Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal, ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed..

Returning and filling in any type of soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (Soils) n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone agg as in foundation filling or for mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm of broken stone and boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Construction joints 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting incement mortar, 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm grared aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces rendering is to be even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and similar work including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall by using pressure washer, removal all dirt and dust and applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint including priming coat of exterior primer , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D2,1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Laying and compacting 250 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc including demolition of old kerb stone ( un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 as in MS tubes, square bars, angle square bar using various sections such as poles, rafters, purlins, ladders and cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe- 410 (Gde E- 250) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted coloured Galvalume roofing sheet 0.50 mm thick having zinc aluminum alloy coating double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws etc, complete all as secified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2,1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing PVC Coated chain link fencing of Mesh 75x75mm including line wires of dia 2.5mm with tensile strength & mass of zinc coating min 350Mpa as per IS 280 , coated with PVC coating as per ASTM F668 class 2a nominal 0.5mm and min 0.4 mm fixed to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provission of binding wires etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS round bars 10 mm dia and over Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- An amount of Rs 0.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
