Cleaning of masonry/ RCC open drains of upto a width of 450mm, to remove the settled dust, rubbish, fallen leaves, waste and other weeds etc.from wall, floors and disposing to nearest municipal dump to prepare the drain for free flow of rain water/ sewage shall be carried out before monsoon .

Applying silicon sealant over the joints of precoated galvalume sheet roofing in order to prevent the leakage etc complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : 250x16 mm

Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges with stainless steel screws etc. complete : 100X58X1.90 mm

Making polsih /buffing to stainless steel hand drail of dia upto 90 mm etc complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing vertical blinds made of 100% polyester having glazed acrylic (PU) coating on both sides of width required ( approx .100mm) and thickness not less than 0.8mm in required shade with fixtures such as Head rail, end control unit, tilt rod, tilter chain, runners, spacers, installation bracket,cord weight,cord, bottom mechanism etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick plain cementbonded particle board conforming to IS 14276-1995(Bison board) in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting to M S chairs of three seater with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture etc complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and laying thermocoal false ceiling at all height, removing the damaged false thermocoal false ceiling and disposal to a lead of 50m including levelling the false ceiling frame with necessary screws etc complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge
