Providing Pipe line at Ward No:3 BCR Nagar, Ward No:4 Boyer Street in Karimangalam Town Panchayat

Dismantling plain Cement Concrete as per Standard Specification etc complete

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc.,as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10 with standard specifications.

Supplying and conveying of 90mm dia in size of PVC 4kg pipes to site confirming to specifications as per IS 8329:2000 for standard length including cost of pipe, testing charges at factory, labour charges for loading, unloading and stacking at site and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Jointing the PVC pipes and specials withby butt fusion welding/ electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (Part-2) : 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment power supply arrangement and cost of testing to the required pressure with water for filling (including cost of jointing materials) etc., complete as per directed including etc complete as per standard specification.

Supply and Filling Stone Dust including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc complete

Refilling the pipeline trenches with excavated earth for 90mm dia PVC Pipe complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.
