Comprehensive periodical servicing, repair, maint by monthly visiting the site for smooth proper fuctioning of the automation of intelligent addressable fire alarm control panel and flowchart based programmable RTU fire alarm system of Godrej Security Solutions/ Cimcon Software (I) Pvt Ltd make including checking, dismantling, servicing, cleaning/ removing dust or dirt through air blower, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit (if any), connecting, carry out normal repair/ renewal of defective parts for the trouble free and efficient functioninig, reprogramming with software (if required), testing by the operation of trigger device in each zone of the fire alarm system consisting of Loop Card, Main Control Board, LCD Display, AC Filter, Transformer, Battery, Multisensor, Sounder, MCP, Repeater Panel, Zone Monitor Module, UV & IR Detector, Remote Response Indicator, Loop Isolator, Amplifier, Loud Speaker etc by providing technical engineer for monthly visit to keep the alarm system fully functional for 7x24 installed at AFNET Site 1, AFNET Site 2, BCR, Alkaline BCR, 128 HU Hangar and Tech Flight Hangar of AF Stn Mohanbari complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Contractor's rep/ engineer will visit once in every month to every panel and get serviceability state duly signed by the User/ MES. (iii) Additional visit as and when required shall be deemed to be included in the item quoted rate, no extra amount shall be paid on this account.

S&F in repair of sub main wiring with two run of single core halogen free flame retardant PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.50 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade for connections of sensors/ detectors drawing through existing conduit complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Two runs of single core wire shall be measured and paid as one run)

Supply and fix in repair of UPS for 30 min back up (including battery bank), single phase AC input 160 to 260 V and out put 230 ± 1% of capacity 1KVA including fixing arrangement on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire 4 mm dia as earth wire electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments/panel/board at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 20 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate, 20 dia bore GI pipe 'medium grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, test point, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 8mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles including excavation, earth work complete all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I and testing on completion complete including dismantling of existing all as specified and directed.

Shifting of MIMIC Panel complete after dismantling/ disconnecting all mechanical & electrical connection within a distance of 2 KM and making all electrical & mechanical connection at new location including checking, servicing, cleaning/ removing dust or dirt through air blower, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit (if any), connecting, carry out normal repair/ renewal of defective parts for the trouble free and efficient functioninig, reprogramming with software (if required), testing complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive periodic maintenance and repair including commisssioning and renewal/ replacement of defective parts of all existing fire protection system complete consisting of main fire control panel, smoke/ heat detector/ response indicator, MCPs to make 100% serviceability including checking of fire detector, cleaning of detector by removing dust or dirt, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit if any, checking the connection of batteries, specific gravity of electrolyte, the alarm function of control and indicating equipment be checked by the operation of trigger device in each zone of the system installed in 785 SU, Radar Section, Signal Section & Stn HQ, New Ops Complex, Old Ops Complex and Logistic Section at AF Stn Dinjan including reprogramming with software if required, every month by authorized technical engineer of OEM i.e. M/S Simcon Electrical & Automation (Schrack-Seconet) to keep the system fully functional for 24 Hrs x 7 Days complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Cost of new components shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Contractor's representative will visit minimum once in a month to every panel and take serviceability certificate duly signed by the users. This certificate is to be submitted along with each RAR for payment. Additional visit as and when required will not be paid as extra.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of main control panel of fire alarm system, single loop microprocessor based intelligent panel with EN54 of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detectors and modules having inbuilt fire relay, fault relay, power supply unit with and including suitable battery alongwith all connected accessories including takeng out old unserviceable panel complete all as speicified and directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of combined scattered light smoke and temperature detector( Multi Sensor) programmed to detect either smoke or heat, or both depending on the type of system having sensitivity in accordance with existing fire alarm system of L&T Electrical & Automation (Schrack-Seconet EN 54 Cat part No-MTD 533X) complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of electronically addressable intelligent resettable type Manual Call Point with mounting base complying with EN54 standard and LPCB approved suitable for existing L&T Electrical & Automation (Schrack-Seconet) fire alarm system with the specification as appended below complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- a) Power- 24V, ≤ 0.6 mA (Standby Current) ≤1.8mA (Alarm Current) b) Class A c) Initiating Mode- Pressing the action plate manually and Resuming Mode- Manually Resumed by a special key. d) Ingress Protection IP-24 & Material- ABS suitable for existing L&T Electrical & Automation (Schrack-Seconet) fire alarm system. Supply and fixing in replacement of fire alarm sounder/ sirens electronic type horizontal single stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 db to 120 db suitable for L&T Electrical & Automation (Schrack-Seconet) fire alarm system complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make: Kheraj / ATIS / L&T Electrical and Automation/ Bosch Security Systems/ Godrej Security Solutions/ Honeywell/ MINILEC.

Supplying and fixing sub main wiring with 2 run of single core FRLS cable with multistranded 1100 volts grade copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size drawing through & including 20 mm dia medium grade steel conduit including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified.

M&L in repair for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 2.5 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 2.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through & including PVC casing-caping medium grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5/6 Amps piano flush type 230/240 V complete with suitable gang box all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out comperhensive maintenance, servicing, calibration and repairing of manually operated crane 5 Ton capacity incluing checking all mechanical control and mechanism like gearbox, plumber block, wheels for LT & CT motion, brakes system, limit switch etc. including replacement of minor defective parts, tightening of all nut bolts, setting/ adjusting of any disbalanced mechanical mechanism including overhauling of gear box by dismantling parts and refitting with serviceable items, greasing, oiling after transportation of tools & tackles at site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Load testing of 5 Ton manually operated overhead travelling crane at Station Power House, AF Dinjan by loading maximum 5+10% Ton load in a step of 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% & 110% of 5 Ton for a time period of 30 Minutes with each load, monitoring the sage at centre and both corner of the crane travelling including prepation of the test report in presence of user and MES rep to the entire satisfaction of AGE E/M (AF) Mohanbari complete all as specified and directed. Note: Shifting of load shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for lifting and shifting of dead load of 5500 Kg from MT Section to Station Power House for a distance not exceeding 10KM within AF Stn Dinjan Complex by bringing of Hydra machine of suitable capacity alonwith sufficient manpower at site and re-shifting back to its original location from Station Power House to MT Section for a distance not exceeding 10KM within AF Stn Dinjan Complex by bringing of Hydra machine of suitable capacity alonwith sufficient manpower at site after carry out necessary load testing of crane to the entire satisfaction of AGE E/M (AF) Mohanbari complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Firm shall be responsible for providing basic tools and safety gears for operator & manpower. (ii) Firm will be fully responsible for any casualties of the manpower deployed by him.
