SPL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO. P-142 TO P-146 and P-195 TO P-197 AT RAJPUT REGT CENTRE FATEHGARH

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including taking down of backing plaster to brick / concrete wall surface), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 450 x 300 mm or 600 x 300 mm or as directed by Engineer-in-charge) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick laid in floors etc over & including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing by machine complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 8 above, but except bricks, including cleaning of old size bricks and removing mortar therefrom complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Serviceable bricks retrieved from item No. 7 shall be reused.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.
