Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones of consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum/crushed sand, watering, consolidating & finishing to required levels etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rubble stone supplied by the contractor
a) 150 mm thick
b) 230 mm thick
Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .
Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) In super structure at all floors and levels.
Providing & Laying Kotah stone flooring / dado / skirting at all floors & levels using 25 mm to 30 mm thick hand cut machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over cement mortar bedding/backing as specified below, close jointed & pointed with matching slurry of cement finished to levels, slope or plumb, curing including removing carefully existing damaged/ worn out flooring and dado & disposing off debris inside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .
a) In flooring with cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick bedding and machine polishing after laying.
b) In dado / skirting with 20 to 25 mm thick kotah stone slabs laid over cement mortar 1:3 backing 12 mm thick with exposed edge machine cut and surfaces hand polished after laying.
Providing and laying of Kotah stone for stair treads with 3 line grooves and nosing at all floors & levels using 25mm to 30 mm thick hand cut machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over 1:4 cement mortar bedding 20mm thick including curing, polishing and removing old damaged/worn out tread and disposing off debris inside of colony etc .all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying of Kotah stone 25 mm thick risers of approved size and laid over 1:3 Cement moratr backing of 12 mm thick at all level and floors including cutting to required size, curing, , removing of old damaged /worn out risers and disposing off debris inside of colony etc . all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & laying Vitrified/glazed ceramic tiles in flooring / dado using first quality approved make glazed tiles, to match with existing size & colour of M/s. Somani/Pilkington / Johnson / Kajariya Eastern Ceramics or approved equivalent over cement mortar bedding/backing close jointed & pointed with matching colour cement slurry & finished to level, slope & plumb including cutting of tiles, curing, acid washing etc including removing the existing floor / dado & disposing off debris inside colony etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) For flooring using 600x600mm vitrified tile with 20mm thick CM 1:4 backing
b) For dado/ skirting using 300x450/600mm wall tile with 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 backing
Providing and fixing second class teak wood in frames of required sections for doors, windows, ventilators, clear storey window, partition, railing, battens & rafters etc.wrought framed and fixed in position including providing and fixing M.S. hold fasts of size 200 x 30 x 3 mm embedded in concrete block of P.C.C. 1:3:6 and labour for fixing frame in position including applying one coat of approved wood primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frame with old shutter, refixing back old shutter to new frame and transporting old removed frame to Deptt. Stores and making the adjacent plaster good to match with existing surfaces,removing & refixing the shutter with fittings etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .
Providing and fixing "Hanwha"or approved eauivalet. PVC wood classic tiles of size 950 x 184 x 3mm thick of approved pattern and shade including necessary adhesive over the IPS/ Mosaic flooring/ skirting including cutting to the required size & shape including wastage, removal of old existing flooring cleaning the flooring before & after the completion of works all as per generally manufacturer's specifications and as per drawing and including disposal of debris inside Anushakti Nagar Colony and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing approved quality machine pressed phenol formaldehyde bonded marine plywood of Anchor/Birla or equivalent confirming to IS 710-1989 approved size and fixing the same with necessary nailsto new/repaired works viz. cupboard shelves,kitcken adhesives at all foors/levels inclusive cost of materials, labour, wastage, transportation etc. complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing & fixing ordinary plain / frosted / Bajara sheet glass of approved make of following thickness in various sizes as required at site, fixing to windows / louvers, partitions, vision panels, doors etc. using first class oil puttyof approved quality and make including supplying & fixing glazing pins, teak wood or aluminium beading with necessary screws, nails etc. at all floors & locations including cutting the glass to required size, removing the existing broken /damaged glass panes from windows / doors / partitions etc.along with its old oil putty, beading etc. and disposing off the un-serviceable material inside colony at given location including wastage in cutting, transportation etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .
a) 5 mm thick plain sheet glasses with EPDM gasket for aluminium windows

Labour charges for removing and refixing only various items such as flush,Panelled, glazed/battened door shutters, black board, cup-board/ kitchen cabinet / cup-board/window shutters 30 to 40 mm thick etc of various sizes including transporting from the unit stores, fixing all the necessary mongery fitting & fixtures viz. hinges, tower bolts,handles, aldrops, etc. providing approved quality and sizes of screws, transporting and stacking the retrieved material at Unit store / stock yard etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying & fixing Godrej cylindrical lock with three set of key shuitable for left/right handed and inside, outside opening fixing at main door at various locations including all charges, screws, removing and returning the old fittings to dept. stores, shifting the positioning of night latch sets, if required and plugging the unwanted holes/ cut outs in door frame/ shutter etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying only heavy duty superior quality matt finished anodised (anodic coating not less than Grade AC10 as per IS 1868) ISI marked aluminium /SS fittings and fixtures and fasteners along with necessary CP screws, bolts,nuts, washers etc. as per approved samples. etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: A sample of each material listed above should be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge before supply.

Providing & fixing Hydraulic door closure conforming to IS:3564 of heavy duty with fittings and fixtures , necessary screws/bolts and other accessories as per approved sample including removing the existing old & damaged Door closure with out any damage to the property and submitting the same to the DCSE store etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood moulded beading (architrave) of sizes 40mmX20mm around door & window frames at all floors & locations with necessary screws including two coats of painting with one coat of approved primer including cost of screws, wastages in cutting, transportation etc. including removing the old damaged beading and disposing the same complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & fixing 12mm thick Bison panel at all floors & locations including fixing the sheet to existing wooden/ M.S./ aluminium frame work with necessary screws, forming grooves as required sizes making necessary openings/ cut outs around electrical fixtures A.C. grills & trap doors fixing to correct lines and levels with beading, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cement plastering using Ready mix plaster in CM 1:4 work finished and thickness as specified below without neat cement punning, at all floors, levels & locations, in single/ double coat (as specified) over concrete/ masonry surface including surfaces preparation, even & smooth surface in correct line, level, plane, plumb and including scaffolding, curing etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc. including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris inside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note:The contractor must take full precautions that original brick work is not damaged while dismantling of plaster. Incase of any damage the same shall be made good with 22g chickenwire mesh at his own cost . No separate payment for any additional thickness of plaster if any will be made. Contractor must visit site and acquaint himself with the condition of building.
Pressure grouting through RCC wall by drilling holes in RCC to required depth (min 150 mm depth) without causing any damages to reinforcement, inserting 1/2'' dia PVC pipe in hole securing the sides of the hole with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with a mix of Cement slurry with 225 gm Dr. Fixit pidicrete AM or equivalent per 50 kg cement bag and continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with Polymer modified mortar etc. ensure curing by applying curing compound etc. Complete all as per specification and directed by Engineer in Charge
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1.5mm on ceiling to prepare the surface even and smooth, of approved brand and manufacturer, complete all as per manufacturer’s specifications. etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Distempering with two coats of approved paint make M/s. Asian or Dulux or equivalent of acrylic oil bound distemper (Premium quality piant) of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer incuding preparing the surfaces, completly removal of old paint & neeru, sand papering, filling with approved make putty wherever required in all depressions upto finished level including scaffolding, all necessary tools tackles, moving furniture, cleaning of colour stains on floors, doors & windows etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting old/ new wood/steel or wood work with two coats of dept. approved make synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over one coat of wood primer on wooden surface & zinc primer on metal surface including preparing surfaces, scrapping old surface paint, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) On wooden surfaces

Providing, applying and finishing with melamine polishing over new wooden surface, at all floors, levels & location using two or more coats for matt/ glossy / High glossy finish to form uniform neat surface of approved colour & texture, using approved make material including labour, material, scaffolding, surface preparation, cleaning etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Polishing process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.)
Demolishing brick /stone masonry in cement mortar and plaster at all floors & levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials & disposing of unserviceable materials inside colony etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing plain cement concrete or bituminous road by chiseling at all levels including scaffolding, disposal of materials inside colony at ellora corner dumping yard etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: Important Notes: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. 5. Tubular prop shall be provided before commencing the repair work for any structural member and shall be removed after 7 days of complete repair work of concerned RCC member. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10
Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment
Labour charges for cutting of grass and wild vegetation, bushes, shrubs etc. to the ground level around the buildings, inside the storm water drains, nullahs as perthe location shown by Engineer-in-Charge including removing the cut material, transportation of the same mechanically to the dumping ground within 3 KM distanceon Western Sector, cleaning of the site, cost of tools & plants required for the work, loading & unloading charges etc. complete all as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge. NOTE: 1. Burning cut grass is strictly prohibited and damages to the Government property due to burnt grass shall be the full responsibility of the contractor . 2. Therefore, contractor should make arrangement to transport the grass to a place shown by the Engineer-in-Charge, soon after the cutting. 3. The contractor should deploy the number of laboursas per the requirement & directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of hardvyn & approved brand and manufacture having ISI mark as IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and having minimum 1.25 mm thickness stainless steel cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate, and other accessories required for the works to facilitate smooth operation of the door shutter etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying & fixing in position the 30-40 mm thick solid core block board flush door shutters with commercial ply on both side conforming to IS with external type teak wood lipping of section 30 x 20 mm/40 x 20 mm alround, fixing shutters in position to pressed steel door frames/wooden frames at all floors by cutting / planning if necessary, including supplying & fixing heavy duty SS hinges including cost of fixing the fittings, painting the shutters all over with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & colour over one coat of approved primer etc. including removing the old damaged shutter and transporting to Deptt. stores all as per specifications, & as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying & fixing in position at all floors and location 25mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in the form of flush finished door shutter manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. ( Ex-cel sheet), M/s. Rajshri plastiwood or approved equivalent of white/approved colour solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine and homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recess for hinges, providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate including providing an opening of size (200 mm X 150 mm) / (300 mm X 200 mm) or as shown in the drawing wherever required for providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening with S. S. screws, fixing shutters in position to granite/ steel frames (Frame shall be paid separately under relevant item) at all floors by cutting / planing required if any, fixing with wooden packing pieces if required, including finishing all edges smooth with mixture of PVC powder & solvent including wastages, labours tools etc all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors factorymade, aluminium partition/doors/sliding/top hung/ fixed/adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivet joint ofspecified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished(15 micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) of approved manufacturers for following types with extruded section ofJindal/ Indal/ Aluminax or other approved equivalent make ofapproved sections with size and weights as pe approved drawingsfor frames and shutters (including wastages if any) confirming torelevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodisedaluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollerswith ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawingincluding providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/ glazingclips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting thegap with sealant etc. and including charges for removing of olddamaged MS shutters using gas or other approved means whichmakes minimum noises in the VSB and stacking at specifiedlocation for lifting away complete all as per drawing,specifications etc. all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Aluminium sections for windows partition/doors only shallbe measured in weight & paid, locking arrangement, fixtures shallnot be measured & paid. Tenderers are required to consider thecost of all fittings, cleats, fixtures, locking arrangement, handles,pegstays, screws, hinges etc. while quoting the rate for unitweight of aluminium sections for window.
Providing and fixing superior quality vertical blinds of M/s. VISTA or approved equivalent manufacturer with approved best quality fabric of required shade and colour, all accessories required for fixing in position all as per approved sample, design, pattern complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge Note:Mode of measurement shall be length of aluminium top runner x height from top of channel and up to bottom of blind.
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement (AAC) blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm / 300 mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in super structure above plinth level at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band at sill level and lintel level, curing, scaffolding etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge. ( AAC blocks shall be conforming to IS:2185, Part-3, having Grade-I with block of density 551 to 650 Kg/cum) . The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made seperately under relevant item).
Providing assistance to the departmental technician for attending the complaints of various nature on working days/holidays/ beyond office hours viz ,etc in various flats and buildings including necessary tools and manpower, loading, unloading etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. (Working hours should be 8.30 Hours with 30 minute lunch break)
a) Supply of un-skilled Labour
Reinforcement with TMT bars of Fe500D grade reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour and welding of new reinforcement bars with existing reinforcement bars wherever required etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.

Supplying, fixing & erecting M.S. Screen of suitable material shall be provided to the full height of scaffolding and securely tied to protect falling bodies coming out during the work is in progress. 3. Contractor has to provide nylon mesh and screen to avoid falling bodies at his own cost and no extra payment shall be made for same. 4. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. Making arrangments for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features. 5. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 6. The scaffolding shall be using good quality and sturdy 'H' frames with horizontal and vertical MS pipes of minimum 40 mm nb @ suitable spacing as per latest relevant I.S. specification which should be suitably overlapped at junctions and cross braced wherever required and securely tied, supporting/anchoring the scaffolding with building members as permitted, at every alteranate floor level along the height of the building, tieing the free ends of frames at terrace level, providing bearing plates and making foundation blocks at the bottom of each legs of H frames for proper bearing and support.
Checking of existing false ceiling in all DCSEM/ DPS & HWB - occupied areas by removing existing lay-in tiles of false ceiling such as calcium silicate, perforated metal tiles, and opencell tiles and checking of all the hanging supports with all necessary arrangements, including checking of all the fastners, metal hanging wires and their butterfly clips, and grid items such as 'T' and 'L' sections of long and short runner in all false ceiling areas If it is found to have any loose connection, joint, or rusted part, the same shall be immediately replaced with a new one of M/s. Armstrong or an equivalent company as per the existing dimensions, etc., and while checking the same, all the existing lines and levels shall be maintained throughout the rooms, halls, etc. All the replacement materials shall be arranged by the agency of an approved manufacturer, as mentioned earlier, and all the tiles shall be fixed in their respective places. It is necessary to provide one assistant while working at height for checking and repairing false ceilings. After a complete check of the same, the agency needs to submit through specialised false ceiling agency a stability & safety certificate that states that the no part of false ceiling will come down or fluctuates with existing arrangements, supports & rectified work carried out after inspection. (Note : This checking of the false ceiling shall be done once in every six months, and the actual area will be measured where the false ceiling was removed, checked, and refixed with all necessary replacements, etc.; quote accordingly.)

Supplying and fixing the following size type-B uPVC UV-stabilised SWR (Soil/Waste/Rain) pipes and fittings for soil, waste, vent, antisyphonage pipe, and rainwater pipe lines, consisting of the following items of work: i) Removing the existing damaged cast iron pipelines along with fittings of various diameters ranging from 50mm to 160mm without damaging the adjoining structure and handing over and transporting the pipes to a designated place at the Trombay Village store. ii) Providing and fixing uPVC UV-stabilised SWR pipe of type-B conforming to IS:13592 with fittings as per DIN 19531/DIN 19534 and conforming to IS:14735 laid in the floor and on exposed faces of walls of Prince Ultrafit or equivalent approved make. iii) Fixing the pipeline vertically with M-S heavy-duty clamps specially made by an MS angle of 50x50x6mm (single MS bracket weight shall be 3.6 to 5 Kg each) as per frame pattern & shape (at an interval of 1.0m) the same shall be fitted on shaft wall with necessary/ suitable dia stainless steel fastners till 4" in wall with necessary adhesives etc over which GI 'U' clamp of 6mm dia with bolt shall be fixed including rubber seal around the 'U' bolt, the 'U' bolt shall be fixed in MS brackets to hold the uPVC pipe firmly. iv) Providing and fixing a uPVC cowl at the top of the soil; waste water pipe . v) The rainwater pipe shall be fixed to rainwater spouts at terrace level with neat Cement punning mixed with water-proofing compound in the recommended proportion at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge vi) Laying the pipe below the floor or ground to a proper slope and gradient for making connections of soil pipe line with inspection chamber or manhole, waste water connection with gully trap chamber, including the cost of cement mortar, cement concrete, water proofing compound, encasing pipe line blow ground with sand, etc. vii) Jointing the pipe with solvent cement and a rubber ring gasket (the rubber ring conforms to IS 5382), making holes in walls and floor grooving and redoing the same, and brick support, etc., giving a water-tightness test for the pipes laid as per codal provisions. Providing ring-jointed pipes at verticals and solvent-cement-jointed pipes at concealed locations vii) Necessary cutting to the required length, including short pieces, fittings with and without doors, assorted fittings such as plugs, tees, couplers, reducers, cross tees, reducing tees, elbows, bends, cleaning pipe, single and double Y, vent cowl, WC connectors, off sets, etc. viii) Dewatering the pit or trench, if necessary, until completion of work; ix) Painting with two coats of heavily pigmented exterior water-based latex paint over MS angle; including steel scaffolding if necessary for fixing; all the work shall be executed as per the direction and satisfaction of the engineer in charge. (Note : The MS angle brackets shall be made & approved by EIC before use at the satisfaction of EIC).

Providing waterproof brick bat coba for filling in the depression of toilets, bathroom etc. as per the specifications of specialised waterproofing agencies and finishing the surface even so as to be suitable to receive the tiles etc. including removing/ dismantling existing brick bat with water proof plaster & disposing off debris inside Colony etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to the sunken etc. giving injections to the concrete surface as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill all inherent holes, voids, honey-combs etc. in the concrete, applying waterproof plaster of about 25 mm thick for the floor areas of the depression and about 18 mm on the side walls of the depression and continue the vertical treatment on the walls above the proposed floor finish upto a height of 600 mm with surface suitable and even to receive tiles, including applying one coat of zycosil coating with ( 1 zycoil : 20 Water) solution testing the treatment for water tightness by impounding water for 7 days etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : i) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix 'D' for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantgee period the contractor shall attend all leakages,defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about suchleakages/ defects. ii) The measurement for payment shall be actual area covered by the treatment.iii) The waterproof brick bat coba filling coming over the waterproof plaster shall be measured in Cu.M. separately and the cost of the same is not included in this item.

Cleaning thorougly the existing cement concrete/RRM/ stone pitched nullah of width 2.80 mtr and depth varying 1.50 mtr to 3.00 mtr including removing stilt, leaves,twigs,shrubs, loose earth, wild vegetaion, cut branches, and other deleterious materials etc. including disposal of all such wastages simultanieouly by mechanical transport to the dumping yard at brindavan/Tapti yard or at directed place of disposal ground etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Cleaning thoroughly the existing RR masonry storm water drain of approx width 450mm wide along the periphery periphery of V.S Bhavan boundary leading to pump house and dain inside the vehicle parking area etc. including labour for removing and replacing the C.I covers carefully after cleaning of drain, cleaning thoroughly the debris and dispose off the wastages to the dumping yard inbrindavan/Tapti yard or at directed place etc. all including cost of lift and lead charges, labours,tools & accessaries mechanical transportation etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
Removing all unwanted debris, wooden pieces, tree branches, twigs, dried leaves, loose soils, wastages, etc, and cleaning the site of car parking place completley including garrage,parking place etc all includs labours, tools, mehanical transportation, disposing the wastges to the dumping yard at Brindavan/Tapti yard or at directed place etc. complete all as directed by the Engr- In- Charge. Note: Payment shall be made after deducting 20% for voids from truck/stack measurements .
