Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years period from 2020-21 to 2024-25

Achieved in at least one financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.29.50 Lakhs (Usually not less than the estimated annual payments under this contract.)

satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least any Construction work to an extent of 25% of the cost of the work for all works costing up to Rs.7.37 Lakhs

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 7.47 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.
