Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand, four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken granite ' stone jelly for foundation/flooring laid in layers of not more than 15 cm including dewatering if found thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication.

Supplying and erecting steel CENTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced cement concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beam, staircase step ,etc., strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cmX 60cm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm X6.5cm spaced at about 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frames and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point lock and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow lwakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The coonecting mechanism between sash and outer frames that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Stainless Steel hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade stainless pipe of 1.60mm thick at requried locations to aheight of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia stainless steel pipe post of 1.00 mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos of 25 mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100x100x6mm MS base plate encased in the base contrete.The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending,welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing MS grills to the windows and ventilator made out of square rods including cost fabrication, conveyance and fixing in position etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone in required design and patterns, in toilet counters, all complete as per the architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick sand), laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for grinding the granite slab edges into half round shape including cost of cutting blade and labour charges for grinding etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of well seasoned, best available Country wood frame for doors, windows, ventilators and any other similar joinery works of approved size and as per drawing detail. All exposed wooden surfaces are duly finished with melamine polish after sanding & filler the surface to get a smooth finish of required level. The rate shall be inclusive of making necessary design as per drawing, in the frame and necessary hold fastener and hardware ect, The rate shall be inclusive of supply and fixing of 6 nos MS flat iron holdfast for each door of size 40mmx3mm and 40CM long fixing with CC 1:2:4 and 75mm long 10mm dia anchor fastener to RCC location where ever required. Finishes shall made at Factory only installation at site etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of 35mm thk. Solid core flush shutters with Teak ply on both side with teak wood lipping alround 35 mm thick. The shutter shall be made of solid core of block board type bonded with PF synthetic resin conforming to BWP grade of IS 848 with 6mm thick teak wood lipping as per drawing. The construction procedure of the shutter should be as per IS 2202. The shutter shall be shop prepared for taking mortice lock or latches suitable lock block of wood may be provided for fixing the necessary approved hardwares. The size of block, shall perfectly correspond to the maximum size of lock, covered in IS 2209. All the four edges of the door shutter shall be square. The door shall be finished with 1mm thick laminate on both sides. The shutter shall be free from twist or warp in its plane and of required size etc. complete as directed. Rate shall include for cost of approved hardwares as required and fixing them all like lock, hinges, handle, tower bolts, and other accesories etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
