M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all above but fixing only complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link mild steel galvaised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all above item no 12 but except material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out loose/spalled out waste material by chiselling chippings etc from beam, wall, columns, band etc. including use and waste of form work and providing steel wire fabric mesh of size 75mm X 75mm of dia 3.15mm fixed by L shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement and providing 75mm thick concrete (1:1.5:3) type 0 using graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size mixed with admixture with pressure nozzle (guniting) and finishing the surface in CM (1:3) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of all form work and scaffolding or other handy T&P required to make up proper shape and size of columns/ Pillars, beam and wall partition etc. at any height & location.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry in portions built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of of stone /boulder masonary , built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg in fdn filling and mass concrete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Removing cement mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Removing mortar from and cleaning stones obtaned from masonary built in cement mortar of any description (excluding ashlar masonary) and stone set pavings stacing for measurement incl all extra handling and removal and desposing off rubbish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendring 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC to be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC to be measured and paid for separately)

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified & directed. Note : Inner girth only measured.

All as per item No 28 but add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for de-watering the SWTs including removing the moss, silt, debries etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly to make it free from dirt, dust, etc. and remove loose damaged concrete from the surface.

Providing skim coat to maintain profile of structural members by using latex B2 modified air cured mortar system prior to fibre wrapping (1 cement: 3 part graded cleaned prepacked river sand 5 to 10% latex mortar by weight of cement 0.5 w/o ratio.) upto 10 mm thickness including levelling, profiling, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Nozzles teflon : Providing and fixing teflon nozzles at 350 mm c/c upto 100 mm depth from chipped surface including drilling holes, inserting and fixing nozzles and cutting off nozzles after grouting is complete.

Grouting: Providing and injecting high molecular weight low viscoous grout Monopol of Krishna Conchem or equivalent into concrete at required pressure (minimum 3 kg/cm2)

Waterproofing Treatment : Carrying out waterproofing treatment on underground water tank as per standard practice & details given below ensuring safety in all respect. :- Supply & application of two coats of SG EC/UV two compound cementatious coating on entire prepared surface (consumption will be 1.5 to 2 kg/m²) using soft bristle brushes & rollers and as per OEM recommendations, carrying out suitable treatment for all existing adjoining structures as per standard practice (as mentioned in SLA), carrying out all related works without any damage to the existing installations etc. complete as per site requirement & to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for broken stone or boulders in hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc 100 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, using 1 : 4 : 8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors/sub bases etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick, sand for filling under floors, spreading and levelling in layers 25 mm thick including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size as approved by GE, confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick, coloured rubber laminated finish, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size as approved by GE, conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine factory made PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in kerb stone of size 300 x 300 x 150 mm set in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.
