Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for virified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern) and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as above item No-2 but as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting/dado incl 10mm thick cement plaster (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F non skid coloured ceramic tiles area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm and 7mm thick as in floor set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick screed in cement 1 :4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.50 Sqm each making good 1:4 CM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Aluminium(extruded section body) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as directed and specified.

S&F in repairs brass body Mortice lock, vertical type,size 100 mm 4 lever, incl escutcheon plate and two No keys fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 150mm long floor door stopper of aluminium alloy and tongue with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for false ceilings using GI snap grid system with roll-formed out of hot dip galvanised steel caping (powder coated) main runner 38 x 24 mm , cross Tee 29 x 24 mm and wall angle 24 x 24 mm members suspended with 4mm dia GI wire, carry maximum load up to 8.10 Kg/Sqm with 4mm thick designer ceiling board , pre painted Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions size 595 x 595mmx 4mm thick any texture (Lake and Hill, oceaniccascade or Electra) as approved by GE all as per , Everest Ceiling grid system 'Regular T-2430' or its equivalent make of "'Ramco, Charminar/Armstrong'' at any height including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M &L for PVC profile for wall panelling colour / shade as approved size 250mm wide, 08 mm over all thick with 1 mm wall thickness fixed with screw to mild steel square ( size 20mmx 20mmx 1mm thick) tubler frame work including one coat of red oxide primer, fixed to walls, PVC profile corner beading L/T type for wall panelling, colour/shade matching with wall panelling complete and including dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement) including taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as up to four stories bldgs specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering CM (1:4) 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement up to four stories bldgs including taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as up to four stories bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering CM (1:3) 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceiling, even and smooth without using extra cement up to four stories bldgs including taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as up to four stories bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/ceiling, and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer incl 3mm thick elastomeric wall care putty on walls up to four stories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation on new or previously untreated wall and applying Two or more coats of APPEX/WEATHER COAT and including priming coat of exterior primer over 3mm wall care putty up to four stories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper, including repairing of pot holes and cracks with 3mm wall care putty up to four stories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of APEX/WEATHER COAT over and including priming coat of exterior primer over 3mm wall care putty up to four stories bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for guiniting work to RCC work in coloumn, chajjas, balconies, slabs, landings etc by removing loose, concrete, incl removing rust with short blasting and cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying epoxy treatment to rusted reinforcement and including S&F welded wire mess fabric or wire not less than 95x95x3mm adhesive plaster grade for concrete admixture and providing guniting pressure 2.00/2.50 Kg/Sq cm with admixture 1 part of cement and 3.50 part of sand and thickness 50mm average and making the surface even and smooth including necessary formwork and 10mm thick with CM 1:4 plaster over repaired surface with WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specification including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S & F of rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafter, purlins where connected to common rafters, running rails, guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleat and other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 including dismentling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/ zinc up to four storey height building chromate complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.
