Taking down the unserviceable power factor capacitors of different capacities from the capacitor panel board after disconnecting the electric supply, Supply and fixing of power factor correction capacitors, All Poly Propelene (APP) Box type, (LTBCU), rectangular in shape, heavy duty, with over current withstand capability 3 x In, operating losses 0.35 W / kVAr, peak inrush current withstand capability 500 x In, number of switching operations per year : 20000, maximum ambient temperature 70 degree celcious, minimum operating life 300000 hours, various KVAR rating, 440 V, with suitable fixing arrangement including connection with suitable copper cables and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Capacitors shall conform to IEC 831-1, with total losses not more than 0.25W / KVAR. (ii) Copper cables, thimbles will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items. Make : Cat No LTXL (Box series : LTBCU) of make L&T or equivalent model

Monthly Servicing of Automatic Power Factor Corrections (APFC) panel of capacity 75 kVAr complete, comprising of any type capacitors, APFC relay, MCCB, cooling fan, Volt meter, Ammeter, CTs with all other connected accessories, checking of serviceability of each component, cleaning of all contact points, tightening of all connections including replacement of unserviceable components, thimbles, nut, bolt & washers etc if necessary, cleaning the entire panel by using the hot blower complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (For 05 panels) Note : MCCB, MCB, capacitor if any replaced shall be measured and paid seperately.

Notes for item No 3 to 15 are as under :- (a) The above quoted rates are inclusive of the cost of replacement of nut, bolt & washers, thimbles used while servicing the APFC panels or in any working time as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (b) The tools used to service the entire panel shall be the responsible of contractor and include in the above quoted rate. (c) Spares for unserviceable components to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately. (d) If the contractor is failed to carry out the monthly servicing of the panel, a penalty of double the quoted rate will be recovered. (e) Contractor shall be ensured the APFC panel functional throughout the contract period and the power factor reading shall not be fall under 0.95 PF. (f) If any APFC panel found not functional or the power factor falls to 0.94 or low PF, a penal recovery of Rs. 500/- per day shall be recovered. (In this connection Accepting Officer's decision is final). (g) Contractor shall be submitted a monthly maintenance programme with location to the Engr-in-Charge and the maintenace shall be carried presence of JE / Engr-in-Charge without fail.

Dismantling unserviceable power factor control relay (APFC) 4 step, from the power factor capacitor panel boards, supply and fix power factor control relay (APFC) 4 step including necessary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T / HPL / Neptune

All as per Sl Item No 16 above, but 6 step controller relay.

Supply and replace the unserviceable/burnt out 3 pole 100 Amps, 10 KA ruppturing capacity MCCBs with new one, adjustable thermal and magnetic settings, 50 Hz at 415 volt, conforming to IEC -60947-II / IS-13947-II including provision of copper cable / extended terminals of suitable ratings from MCCBs to busbar and connection of LT cables with MCCBs with suitable size aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed for maintaining the APFC panels. Make : Havell's / Schneider / Standard / GEC / Legrand / L&T

Supply and fix 32 Amps MCB, TP, 50 Hz, conforming to IEC -60947-II / IS / IEC-60898 complete all as specified and directed for maintaining the APFC panels. Make : Havell's / Schneider / Standard / GEC / Legrand / L&T

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable burnt out green / red illuminated push button with NO NC, supply and fix new Green / Red Illuminated Push Button with 'NO' 'NC' including connecting and testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable burnt out green / red / yellow / blue indicating lamps, supply and fix new Green / Red / Yellow / Blue Indicating Lamps including connecting and testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable burnt out green / red push button with NO NC, supply and fix new Green / Red Push Button with 'NO' 'NC' including connecting and testing complete all as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable / burnt electric wiring from the power factor capacitor panel boards, cleaning the panel with CTC and removing the carbon deposits, rewiring the panel boards with suitable size PVC insulated, sheathed, multi stranded copper cable of 10 Sq mm with copper lugs, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete including electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make of cable : Finolex / Finecab / Polycab.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 4 core 6 sqmm 1100 volts grade, LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed as per IS-7098 (Part-I), 1988 with latest amendments, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ passing through pipe/duct/road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., including disconnecting and taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable single phase SMPS, supply and fix new Single Phase SMPS including connecting and testing complete all as directed.

Labour for dismantling unserviceable / burnt electric wiring from the power factor capacitor panel boards, cleaning the panel with CTC and removing the carbon deposits, rewiring the panel boards with suitable size PVC insulated, sheathed, multi stranded copper cable of existing size with copper lugs, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete including electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for disconnecting and removing the unserviceable CT 600 / 5 Amps capacity (ID 75 mm), supply and fix new CT 600 / 5 Amps capacity (ID 75 mm) including connecting and testing complete all as directed.
