Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stones of guage not exc 63mm deposited, spread and lovelled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specfied and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C 2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel work with RHS & SHS in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 4923:(Latest amendment) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Fe-410-W(GdeE-250) quality-B Steel Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer exposed to view surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over primer on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade jointed with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable/pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.
