Resurfacing of Bituminous Concrete road with Reclaimed Asphaltic Pavement around South Cafeteria, RDL, ESG, SRI, CWCP-II, Hall IV and PDC IX areas in IGCAR at Kalpakkam.

Cold Milling of Existing Asphalt surface to the required depth using milling machine including hire and running charges for the machine, cleaning the milled surface so as to avoid slippery including all other incidental charges and other unforeseen charges etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 4 kilometre but not exceeding 5 kilometre

Earthwork in excavation necessary in all types of soils for construction of roadway including dressing, trimming and compaction the cut formation in accordance with requirements of lines, levels, cross fall etc. all complete as per specifications and disposal of all cut surplus / unsuitable materials and stacking of suitable materials with all lifts and lead upto 1000metres as per clause 301 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting in layer, compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 complete all as per clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

for Grading-II material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete in all respects as per clause 406 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Item rate shall include conducting all field tests / lab tests.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete in all respects as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading I (40mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder (of 60/70 grade) @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction density complete in all respects as per clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Item rate shall include conducting all field tests / lab tests.
