Providing and Fixing of Precoated Galvanized Iron Profile Sheets 0.50mm total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 MPA Steel Grade, 5-7 Microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns with protective guard film of 25 microns to avoid scratches during transportation and in single length upto 12 meter. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of assorted size with EPDM seal, Complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. False Ceiling Providing and Fixing False Ceiling with 12mm thick plain ceiling including 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face, fixed to grid made out of anodized aluminium T-Section 35 x 15 x 1.5 mm size main runner, cross runner 23.5 x 19 x 1.5 mm fixed to main runner placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square.
