Removing/taking down of old water proofing treatment from roof/concrete surface removal to distance exc 250mtr and not exc 500mtr from the site & cleaning of the roof surface with wire brush to make it free from dust, dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor using liquid water proofing compound to make surface in level complete (liquid WPC shall be measured seperatly).

M&L providing, cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges with using water proofing compound(liquid WPC shall be measured seperatly), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick finished fair and even in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (liquid WPC shall be measured seperatly).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L Cleaning plastered roof surface and applying a coat of Oxidised bitumen based solvented primer @ 0.3 kg/Sqm of approved make on top of dry surface of RCC roof, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP modified polymeric waterproofing membrane 3mm thick with non woven polyster core of approved make applied by heating one surface of membrane with torch sealing with lap of 100mm and the overlap shall be selaed by flame complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2Kg per sqm including cleaning surface.

M&L for applying protective coating with bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.2kg per sqm in two coats, compete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing PVC water tank exc 500 ltr n exc 1000ltr capacity and removing to store.

S&F 1000 Ltr. Capacity of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part -1, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm bore ball brass valves high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store

S&F jointing and testing of 20mm dia galvanised iron tubing medium grade with all fitting such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to wall or laid in floor complete.

Demolition and breaking up 100mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 150mm bore cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears with cement joints, fixed to walls as in rainwater pipe complete.

S&F, 150mm bore cast iron bends any radius complete.
