PART-A WORK Erection of main auxiliary structure lattic type and auxiliary structure. a Shifting of all material, equipment from store to work site

b Erection of main auxiliary structure and lattic type S/S structures for installing of CT’S, PT’S, L.A. etc. The job consist of erection of structure as per drawing with the help of G.I. nut & bolt, flat, spring washer, matching the hole, cutting and matching of member if required including cost of all men and T&P excluding G.I. structure nut & bolt to complete the work 33 KV erection of main and auxiliary structure upon foundation and its proper tightning.

The work include cutting and bending of conductor, fixing of single/ double bolted type tension fitting/ suspension. Hoisting of disc insulator and shifting of material from erection site to work site and all other associated work to complete the work.

b Jumpering, interconnection of equipment with specified conductor of various 132 KVequipments with main/transfer/Jack transfer bus bar of ACSR MOOSE/ ZEBRA/ PANTHER conductor. The work includes cutting and bending of conductor in proper shape, clamping with the help of the clamps and all associated work to complete the work at 132 KV transformer bay, 132 KV s/s Nagins main/transfer bay.

c Stringing of 3 phase main/transfer bus bar 132 KV Bus with Moose Conductor length of 12 meter and as per side requirement mentioned below. The work include cutting and bending of conductor, fixing of single/ double bolted type tension fitting/ suspension. Hoisting of disc insulator and shifting of material from erection site to work site and all other associated work to complete the work.

Cable laying and termination of 132 KV yard a Laying of following size control cables in trench/cable tray from control room equipments to 132 KV CB, CT, TF./PTand their junction box in 132 KV switch yard as per cable schedule, including carriage of cable drums from store to work site and all associate work (i) 2 corex2.5 mm sq

b Termination of control cable per core per end

Earthing of equipments of 132 KV yard a Cutting, strenghting, bending and laying 700 mm/500mm below inside ground and above ground of following size MS flat of earthing of main and auxiliary structure and equipment including welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed excavation trenches, its back filling painting and all other associated work. Excluding the cost of M.S. flat. (i) 75x10 mm

b Making of delta earthing of LA of new transformer by fabrication of 6 No. 3 Mts. M.S. rod 40 mm dia electrodes its placing inside the ground and connecting all 6 Nos. electrodes with 40 mm M.S. round laying around as per drawing. Painting and jointing with 40 mm M.S. round/ 75x10mm MS flat laying around as per drawing, pain the joints with black japan paint of good quality after proper cleaning of joint by wire brush

c laying of M.S. round 40mm dia Earthmat for new transformer bay by fabrication of 2 No. 106 Mts .and 19 no 12 Mtrs and laying in trenches at depth 800 mm bleow ground level including dap/cross jointing by M.S. welding electrodes and connecting all 2 Nos.& 19 no with 21 no 3 Mts vertical electrodes with 40 mm M.S. round excavation and back filling etc. Painting and jointing with 40 mm M.S. round as per IS specification & drawing, paint the joints with black japan paint of good quality after proper cleaning of joint by wire brush

d Fabrication of 3 mtr long electrode from 40 mmM.S rod having 150 mm log conical shape and its piercing vertical inside the ground with top 800 mm below ground level and its welding with earth mat

Interconnetion of 33 KV busbar & equipments a Jumpring, interconnection of equipment with twin panther/ twin moose conductor of various 33KV equipments with main bus bar of ACSR twin MOOSE conductor. The work includes cutting and bending of conductor in proper shape, clamping with the help of the clamps and all associated work to complete the work.

Earthing of equipments of 33 KV yard Making of delta earthing of 33KV L.A. by fabrication of 4 No. 3 Mts. M.S. rod 40 mm dia electrodes its placing inside the ground and connecting all 4 Nos. electrodes with 75x10 mm M.S. flat laying around as per drawing. Painting and jointing with 75x10 mm M.S. flat laying around as per drawing, paint the joints with black japan paint of good quality after proper cleaning of joint by wire brush

Providing and fixing of name plate made of 02 mm thick aluminium sheets with covering of 3HP retro reflective sheeting of size 300mmX150mm.plate to be fixed with the help of nuts & bolts of already installed equipment’s structure. As per sample.

Providing & fixing of phase plate equipment (R,Y,B phase of 02mm thick aluminium sheets of size 5” dia covering of 3M HIP/MDG retro reflected sheet in single piece with all mounting with GI nut and bolts after opening of old rusted and damaged phase plate.

Periphery lighting work Providing & fixing of round pole of M.S. pipe "B" class 9 meter long (114.3 mm. x 4.5 mm. x 5.0 mtr., 88.9 mm.x 3.65 mm.x 2.0 mtr., 76.1 mm.x3.25 mm.x2.0 mtr.) with base plate duly painted and grouting with 1:3:6 CC plinth size 400 mm. dia . Duly earth with MS electrode.

Providing & fixing of pole bracket of 2" dia MS pipe of "B" class (ID 50 mm. OD 60 mm.) 1.2 meter long fitted at angle of 30 degree suitable for 120 watt LED light fitting.

Providing and fixing of 120 watt LEDs light of crompton greaves/Bajaj for fixing on round pole including cost of all material, labour and T&P.

Providing and fixing of junction box for 120 watt LED fitting of size 200x200x150 mm of MS sheet 16 SWG duly painted with synthetic enamel paint. Box should be fixed with 01 No. 06 Amp. SP MCB and Bakelite terminal strip of 04 Nos.

Supply & fixing of 3 phase AC cubical box of size 600X600X200 mm of M.S. sheet 16 SWG sheet duly painted with synthatic enamel paint. Box should be fixed with 04 Nos. insulated Aluminium Bus Bar for AC distribution & 06 Nos. 16 Amp. MCB with 100 Amp. Isolator.

Laying of power cable of size 3.5x50 sq. mm. below ground level including excevation of trench & laying of cable & putting Ist class bricks on its 75 mm. edge along with cable on both side filling the same with river sand & then putting bricks on 115 mm side over the trench.

Laying of 2x2.5/4x2.5 sq.mm PVC cable 60 cm below the ground level in PVC conduct pipe after excavation and back filling including all labour PVC pipe etc. required for proper completion of work.

Laying of 2 x 2.5 /4x.2.5 sq.mm PVC cable from 120 watt LED fitting to junction box inside the pole.
