SPL REPAIR OF TOILET BATHROOM PUF SHELTER NO SH-237, SH-238, SH-239, SH-240, SH-241, SH-242, SH-01, SH-14 and SH-217 AT PMS

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the primises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above GL) unreinforced.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT mild steel bars 6-8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm `dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates as in floors, pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid white ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cemeent to match and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick laying floor finished in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid white ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cemeent to match and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick laying floor finished in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid white ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cemeent to match and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick laying floor finished in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid white ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.38sqm but not exceeding1.00 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cemeent to match and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick laying floor finished in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) with 40mm graded crushed aggregate finished even and fair laid to a slope of 1 in 12, laid in alternate bays, each bay not exceeding 3 m length with joint filled with bituminous mastic filling comprising a mixture of 1 part of heated Industrial bitumen 85/25 grade and two parts of heated sand as in plinth protection complete all as specified

S & F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern), white including thermoplastic seats and covers of grade 2 type, flat with hinging device of bronze or brass with nickel chromium plating, fixing bolt, connector to flush pipe and making connections to flush pipe, connector to branch soil pipe and anti syphonage pipes etc. including sealing the joints and making leak proof using sealant complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
