Dismantling and removing of Brick / Stone masonary including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead including cost, conveyance, of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work T&P etc. complete as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Removing Old lime or cement plaster including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Dismantling & Removing old tile flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&Petc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Factory made FRP Door / Window frame (alternately called GRP) of size 75mmx100mm fabricated using E-glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) U.V stabilised Inopthalic Gel coat and impregnated with Inopthalic resin. The thickness of the GRP skins shall not be less than 2.00mm. The doorframe consists of four segments, which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screw. The GRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement on six locations for high screw holding capacity for for fixing metallic hold fast and shall be consolidated by filling with medium density foam/plaster of paris with fibre reinforcement. The finish of door frame will be plain and different colour using high quality pigments complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
Factory made single leaf rigid FRP sandwich composite door / window shutter (alternately called GRP) of 32mm thick laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish fabricated using UV-stabilised Isopthalic Gelcoat and one layer of 450 gsm E-glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) mpregnated with orthopthalic polyester resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.50mm Expanded Polystyrone (EPS) structural foam panel of 29mm thickness and a density of 20kg/cu.mtr shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcements made of seasoned sal wood block of cross section not less than 28mm x 32mm and also necessary sal wood reinforcements for fitting the metal fittings such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles etc shall be provided. A structural adhesive compatible with (EPS) foam shall be used for bending the core material. The finish of door shutter will be plain colour as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
Finishing plastered surfaces with cement putty (water based) of approved make on inside plaster / concrete surface and finishing the surface smooth and even by sand papering to receive paint in walls, at all heights with staging wherever necessary with cost, conveyance, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, fitting, fixing of Ceramic Tile in dadoo in all floors over 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles and polishing including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, fitting, fixing of Chequred tiles in floors over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, Fitting & Fixing of False Ceiling with 12 mm thick gypsum board, Aluminum anodized T section No -3215 with 2ft center to center L section No-1705 up to 15micron on four walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and Aluminum grid 2'-0"x2'-0" suspended from ceiling including cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Painting two coats with approved weather seal paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.A.Ground Floor
