Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete

M&L for applying two coats of synthetc enamal paint after preperation of new surface over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying one coats of synthetc enamal paint after preperation of old surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base

Dismentling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons Laid dry, bedded all as spd and dir.

Providing and laying 40mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternover and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick machine cut Kota stone flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurrry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and Mirror polishing complete all as specified over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete Note:- Kota stone in Stair case should be provided in single peice upto 1.5 m length

ditto - all as above but kota stone slab (100/150mm x 550mm) and 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting , dados and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering to receive the stone in cement mortar 1:3 and jointed complete

M&L, 20mm thick granite stone slabs over and including 15 mm thick screed layer in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone incl rubbing & polishing complete including dismantling old stone /tiles fixed in any mortar and removing from site

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding complete all as specified.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles, chemicaly treated, mechanicaly machine pressed, heavy duty of size 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and with pigments in floor complete all as specified over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete

M&L for (300X300X10)mm / (400X400)mm non skid coloured exterior tile grade tile (endura & Parking tile) in floor set & jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick cement screed 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 1:3:6 (20mm aggregater) for coping and side filling and other pcc work , all as specified and directed

M & L for 50mm thick cement concrete type C – 1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and PCC paved area, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to brick/conc wall surfaces trowelled to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Including Taking down cement plaster incl racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L, 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 to ceiling surfaces trowelled to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Including Taking down cement plaster incl racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M & L for 50mm thick cement concrete type B – 1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Floor/path and PCC paved area, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Renewing cement concrete tiles 20-25mm thick of Size 200mmX200mm in patches, area in n.exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting over 20mm thick screed bed of CM(1:4), jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete
