Supply & fix ceiling fans copper wound complete with accessories 230 V,1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated with BLDC MOTOR, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE-Havells ( Efficiencia Neo BLDC Motor) or Equivalent in Bajaj or Crompton.

S&F Electric water storage Heater (vertical type Geysers) 25 Ltrs BEE 5 STAR, 230 volts AC single phase with and including grouting with high tensile rag bolt, nut & washer etc as directed as per site requirement and making necessary inlet / outlet water connection for Geysers.Geysers to have glass lines tank, fero glass coated container,PUF insulation, glass coated heating element, 8 BAR rated pressurer, thermostat cut off etc. and as directed by Engr in charge. Make : Bajaj (Caldia) or Crompton (SWH Arno Neo ASHW-2125) or Havells ( Puro project Model PURO PPT)

M&L for cutting & screwing existing steel tubing 20/15mm dia bore size for alternations or additions required for connection with inlet pipe of Geyser complete all as directed at site.

S&F PVC connection 450mm long for cold / hot water heavy duty made out of double layer at Nylon & wire fabric at pressure 6Kg / CM both side, CP brass 15mm bore coupling or nuts.Make:PRAYAG/JAINKO/PARKO

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges for concealed water tubing & making good cutting not exceeding 10cm girth.

M&L for Point wiring with copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded FRLS cable (IS 694), including PVC insulated copper multi-stranded conductor cable, unsheathed, of size 1.5 sqmm and one single core earth continuity multi-stranded conductor size 1.5 sqmm green in colour to common earth and connecting to earth dolly with copper crimp of suitable size and including PVC non-mettalic rigid conduit with conduit accessories concealed in walls/ Ceiling / floor etc., including MS box 1.6 mm thick with 3mm hylem sheet cover for fixing of switches/sockets/fan regulators etc, complete all as specified for One fan point controlled by one switch 5 Amp SP one way.
