Excavating in post holes soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, floors and hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain etc including removing the same where directed complete all as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in skirting/dado, riser of steps, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set in neat grey cement slurry and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on Brick masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finised even and smooth with using extra cement all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cemnt to match including 15 mm th screed ded in cm 1:6 all as specified and directed

S&F Coloured Glazed colour ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick plaster in CM(1:4) joint free with grout of matching shade complete, all as specified

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block, kneels, apex stones etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered including form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in 150mm Ultra PEDWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe and all necessary fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 for 150 mm dia pipe work complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in layer including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
