Repair to rolling shutters of size n. exc 10 Sqm each, manual/gear operative type, denting of various parts, cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing , oiling to make the system smooth/easy functional, including new nuts & bolts and greasing of gear box by removing old/rusted nuts bolts, giving proper tension to the spring, necessary welding & taking down shutter wherever required and fixing of hold fast/clamp and making good matching to existing wall surface complete all as directed (New Fittings except mentioned parts will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint .

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

S& F welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members

S&F galvanised cold rolled steel section framed work size 600x600mm grid size 24x38x0.30mm Tee (bottom percolated) and 24x24x0.30mm thick wall angle galvanised cold rolled steel section as in ceiling (Make : Gabsec or equivalent as approved by GE)

S&F 6mm thick Asbestos free calcium silicate board of size 600x600mm fixed to frame of galvanised cold rolled steel frame work as in ceiling including applying two coats of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor or pavings of any description n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster including racking out joints hacking foe key scrubbing down with water.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) of 25mm thickness as in levelling course in floors.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4 thick for laying floor finishes etc.

M&L for Non - skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

Ditto as per item No. 39 but as in skirting and dado etc.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for roof treatment including cleaning the surface for applying new roof treatment complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M & L for 25mm thick (average) grading with cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate. Note:- PCC will be laid in proper slope as required at site.

M & L for cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, copping, tank staging screed bed for slope correction etc. rounded or chamfered on edges type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate

Supply only integral waterproofing compound

M & L for applying bitumen based primer confirming to IS 3384@ 0.3Kg/Sqm (not less than) to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M & L for bitumen grade 85/25, applied hot, two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5kg. per sq. m per coat

M & L for applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

M & L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 over APP membrane for laying preparatory surface to roof tiles.

Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished

M & L for flush pointing in PCC floor tiles over roof / tarrace in cement mortar 1:3

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hackisng for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even using integral waterproofing compound finishing even and smooth without using extra cement . Note:-Supply only of W P C shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F in repair 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls

M & L for preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint on wall all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. of following capacity.

(a) Exc 250 Ltrs but not exc 500 Ltrs

(b) Exc 500 Ltrs but not exc 1000 Ltrs

Supply & fixing of Fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54, 2 loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detector (per each loop) (i) The fire alarm control panel shall be compliant with BS EN 54 Part 2 (Control and Indication) and Part 4 (Power Supply). (ii)The housing containing the fire alarm control panel shall be minimum of 1.2 mm thick steel construction. The control panel shall confirm to IS-2119. It shall be totally enclosed dust and vermin proof type made of 16 gauge dust inhabited sheet with oven baked finish. The panel shall be of completely solid state design. It shall be capable of being fully flush mounted.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360, Detectors shall comply with and be type certified to EN 54 Part 7 for smoke detectors. Detector housings shall be moulded in pure white self-extinguishing polycarbonate, V-O rated to UL94. Detectors will be unobtrusive when installed. Detector shall be as per MES SSR PART I - SPECIFICATIONS. (Note: Detectors also used for above false ceiling area wherever required as per norms)

Supply fixing, testing & commissioning of Beam Master detector with Transmitter and receiver (Add power supply units & Module) Complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply fixing & testing of Addressable manual call point resettable type, Each MCP installed on the loop shall have a unique address, set at the commissioning stage by means of a seven-segment DIL switch. The elapsed time between activation of the MCP and initiation of the sounders in an alarm condition via command from the fire alarm control panel shall not exceed three seconds complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply fixing of Addressable loop powered sounder strobe. Dual tone hooter shall be of electronic type and shall give discontinuous/intermittent audible alarm automatically when ever smoke detector or heat detector operates. Hooter shall be complete with magnetic coil ( sound coil ) and accessories, ready for mounting ( fixing ). The hooter shall also have facilities for speaker announcement. Hooter shall also have the capability for adjusting the sound output. Hooter casing shall be fabricated from 16 gauge MS sheet stove enameled to smooth finish. The line matching transformer shall be provided complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply & fixing of Short circuit Isolators complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply & fixing of Remote response indicators, Response Indicator shall be housed in a 16-gauge aluminium casing. It shall glow clearly incase the detector to which it is connected gives an alarm signal. The word "FIRE" shall be clearly written on the visible face of the box. It shall have two numbers of red LED to compensate for fusing of either LED complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply & fixing of 6 Watt ceiling Speaker complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supplying laying testing of cabling for fire detection and alarm system with 2 core annealed tinned copper conductor PVC sheathed, flexible, 2 x 1.5 sq mm armoured cable running through Existing Stove enamelled, black Conduit complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supplying laying testing of 8 Core 1.5Sq MM wire from Main Fire Alarm Panel to Repeater Panel ( 1 Pair for Power Supply, 2 Pairs for 2 zones & 1 Pair extra )running through Existing Stove enamelled, black Conduit complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 4 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No. in and including medium grade, PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with mild steel/ pressed steel sunken boxes with earth dolly duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally, and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets etc, including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 4 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for the one 3/5 pin 15/16 amps socket outlet independent.
