M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggts) as in foundation and mass concrete where required as per direction of Engineer-in- charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape , drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe -290 or Fe -330, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.20mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includdigng, securing or tying at crossings with and provisiion of galavnised (Zink coating 60 gsm) mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed each line wire to measured complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS Zink coating 60gsm as per IS 4826 fencing of any mesh size and 3mm dia or wire complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: This item shall be measured and paid as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concret (nominal mix) type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in the shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1(20mm graded) as in landing,cover slabs shelves and manhole cover and similar works set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia and cut to length bent to shape and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm Dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey pigment cement and pigment of size 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement surry in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and diected.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping, benching and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

E&M PORTION Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for taking up or laying pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm without damaginlg pipes specials/CI specials, fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus spoil not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the strating point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chlorination chemical highly efficient (high strength) calcium hypochloride 65% to 70% chlorine content based granular disinfectant more stable in sealed container, no sodium/ iron/ mercury/ heavy metal contaminations, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The contractor shall produce manufacturer's test certificate and purchase vouchers of calcium based granular disinfectant. (ii) Qty shown at column D will not accepted at one time as the material having lesser expiry period. (iii) The calcium based granular disinfectant shall be brought at site in sealed plasic container. (iv) Calcium based granular disinfectant shall be of approved make as approved by E-in-C's branch or HQ CENC.

M&L in repair for run lead joint/ welding joint including spun yarn, welded rod, pumping/ bailing out of back flow accumulated water in trenches, burning out and taking out old lead, complete to spigot and socket cast iron/ GI pipe and fitting and cocking/ welding with suitable quantity of lead or welding rod complete of size upto 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lifting /lowering unservicable submersible pump assembly completely any type/size up to 30 HP along with coloum/delivery pipe of 50/80mm dia after disconnecting the electrical connection from the deep tube well/Dugwell of various depth, segregating components for carrying out repair work such as rewinding of burnt motor and serviceing of pump etc and re-assembling after repair, lowering in to the bore well, including aligning and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include only labour for taking up & lowering the submersible pump from bore well along with delivery pipe complete (b) Repairs/rewinding of submersible pump shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items. (c) Replacement of coloumn pipe will be measured and paid for separately as supply only, under relevants items.

M&L for taking unserviceable submersible motor up to 30 HP from existing place and transporting the same to nearest authorised work shope dismantling and rewinding the burnt motor with suitable gauge of PVC insulated supper enamelled copper wire as per manufacture's instruction , and re-assemblying , testing complete and brought back to site complete all as specified and and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Dismantling and taking out the centrifugal pumping set with motor from the existing foundation for carring necessary repair/ servicing by replacing the unservicable parts including fixing of new coupling (CI/rubber) as per existing all as required at site of work of capacity upto 40 HP, including re-fixing at same location including aligning and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Unit rate quoted against this item shall deemed to include only labour for transportation and reapir. (b) Spares /rewinding of pump set shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items.

M&L for Taking down/disconnecting the existing unserviceble Star Delta starter of Centrifugal / submersible pump from motor control panels of various pump houses and replace with new Star delta starter of capacity 10 HP to 25 HP, three phase, including making electric connection, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Cleaning of under ground sump, semi under ground sump of capacity 10000 to 50000 gallons ( Drinking water sump) after bailling out of water from tank & cleaning of all sides of wall , top, bottom with fresh water, with the help of pressure jet pump ( Maxium pressure up to 120 bar ) and vacuum suctioner pump, spray of chemical for anti fungal approved by WHO on all sides of walls after cleaning and applying two coats of white wash on external surfaces and writing date of cleaning on the tank complete all as specified and and directed by Engineer - in -charge .
