Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 2 core 10 Sqmm XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc.laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&L GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore in trenches/fixing on pole/wall/crossing in drain etc. for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for making new hole of 150 mm dia and 3.0 mtr depth or excvation of earthing size 1.5x1.5x3.5 mtr one pit and supply and filling in micronite(bentonite) base earthing enhancement micronite compound (0.001 ohms mtr conductive grounding granuals 25 kg in each pit) and copper electorode rod 17.7 mm dia and 3 mtr long as per relavent IS and to achieving the desired earth result complete all as specified and as diercted by Engr-in-Charge. (Each earth pit shall include minimum 25 kg NABL Lab certified micronite aggregate and cement 12.5 kg for filling bore hole with water mixed in 1:2 ratio (two parts of micronite aggregate compound and one part of cement), so also achieve eath resistance below 1 ohm including PVC pit box with cover shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. In case of non achieving of desired results the same shall be re-done by the contractor on his own cost.

Supply and fix copper strip 20x3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level including complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze/brass size (75 x 75x 10 mm) drilled and 3 Nos brass screwed 8 mm dia, 10 mm long hex. Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable FRLS unsheathed LT 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC casing and capping and accessories fixed on wall/roof including one run of 4 Sqmm of PVC insulated copper cable FRLS for earth continuity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 230 Volts Single pole and neutral 4 way Double door with 200 Amps rated busbar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts,"B" grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB single pole, 240 volts, 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting the exixting DI / CI pipe of size 100 mm to 150mm and same size/ reducing the required length before laying for inserting of new DI specials such as Tees/Reducers/ Collers/ Sluice Valve etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- DI specials and earth work will be measured and paid sepretely )

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n. exc. 1.5 Mtr in width and exc. 1.5 Mtr but not exc. 3.00 Mtr In depth and getting out all as required for laying of cable/ poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply anf fixing of brick sub class B laid dry in trenches over the cable ad joining each other widthwise for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay pipe ductile iron , S/S including secials class K-9' 150 mm (6").dia Supply and fix Ductile Iron pipe of size 150 mm Pressure pipes with spigot and socket end, Class K-9 suitable for rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cemet mortor lining with portland slag cement and external metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen coating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The panel having both side opening door with locking arrangement.all doors fixed with aluminium hinges with suitable size nut bolts and shall have flexible fixing of each switchgear and controlgrae compartment with cable alley tray of size not less than 30 cm. duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint powder coated, bus bar 800 amps rating made of aluminium strip duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply ,hibling , cable entry boxes , cable gland and LT panel shall be mounted on iron angle frame made out of 50 X 50X 6 mm frame with 4 no. legs size nit less than 45 cms fixed with nut bolts of suitable size (bottom portion of the panel) , LT panel shall be grouted in the trolly with suitable size of angles, nut, bolts, washers etc and suitable for and including the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for valve chamber of size 900mmx900mmx900mm (Internal) with brick masonary 230 mm thick in CM 1:6, PCC 1:4:8 type, D2 foundation 75 mm thick, finished fair and even, PCC 1:2:4 type, B1 coping 150 mm thick on top of brick wall for fixing chamber cover, 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plaster on exposed surfaces of brick wall (both internal and external), mild steel cover of 3.15 mm thick inclduding mild steel angle iron 40x40x6 mm size fram fixed to PCC coping with the same size of angle iron hold fast and with necessary handle and locking arrangements, metal surfaces duly painted with black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and finishing the masonry/concrete surfaces with 3 coats of white wash including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and dirceted by Engineer-in-Charge.
