12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand).

18 mm thick plain cement mortar band in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand ) – raised band.

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Disposal of moorum / building rubbish / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transportation, unloading within a lead of 10km for all lifts, complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
