SITC of High Mast Lighting Distribution Board (HMLDB), 14SWG CRCA sheet made outdoor type, pedestal mounted totally enclosed with IP65 degree of protection with canopy suitable for use on 415 Volts 3-phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system having required fault capacity, housed with incoming and outgoing, Aluminium bus bars interconnection etc. with indication lamps,relay,contactor,MCB,CTS,all other switchgear and accessories etc.Panel Drawing needs to be approved from NRL before supplying.

Supply,Installation,Testing & Commisssioning of 125 kVA silent DG Set(comlying to CPCB IV+ norms) as per complete scope mentioned in tender document with batteries, battery charger,fuel tank,fuel piping,exhaust piping,accoustic enclousure,etc. complete in all respects.Detailed Technical Specification is Enclosed in Annexure-A.AMF Panel is not included.

"Supply, fabrication and installation of MS base frames, supports for switchgear, and brackets for miscellaneous electrical equipments, cable and cable tray supports out of rolled MS sections, pipes, plates etc. including shot blasting, welding, bolting, riveting,supply of necessary anchor bolts, anchor fasteners and grouting etc., supply of paint and applying of anti-rust primer coat and finished coats of approved synthetic enamel paint as per specification suitable for highly corrosive environment, including breaking walls, floors etc. for structures as required including supply of all GI hardware materials, all labour and materials complete as required as per approved specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge"

Lettering and Stenciling of 32 mm height including supply of approved colour of Paint/Paints , painting of tag number of Electrical equipments as specified in specification & by Engineer -In-Charge.Supply of various types of paints, primers,preparation of surfaces by manual, hand tool cleaning, power tool cleaning and application of primer and finish paints for equipments surfaces/concrete surfaces,identification (Equipment name) lettering, stenciling,colour bands, colour coding etc as specified including rubdown and touch up of shop primer wherever required, providing scaffolding at all elevations, various locations, labour,materials, tools & tackles, consumables, safety, PPE's, supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respect as per the NRL Painting Manual and direction & full satisfaction of owner's/engineer in charge for all types of equipment as specified in the Paintingspecifications.

Construction of shallow foundation(including excavation) with M25 grade concrete for the highmast(25 metre) considering all civil materials and labour.Any engineering design and testing is under vendor’s scope. The soil load bearing capacity report shall be submitted to EIC.The design and testing of foundation shall be approved from reputed Govt. Research/Educational Institute viz. Indian Institute of Technology/NEIST/Govt. Engineering College, etc. The design report/test report should be submitted to the EIC.Only after go-ahead from EIC foundation job will be taken up.

Providing, laying and fixing of 150 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Casting of foundation for 9 Mtr poles inlcuding excavation of pole pit. The concrete mix for RCC foundation of Octagonal pole shall be M20 and as per standard. The scope shall also include grouting of foundation bolts including curing & provision for passage of cable and finishing the surface considering all civil materials and labour.Any engineering design and testing is under vendor’s scope. The design and testing shall be approved from reputed Govt. Research/Educational Institute viz. Indian Institute of Technology/NEIST/Govt. Engineering College, etc. The design report/test report should be submitted to the EIC.Only after go-ahead from EIC foundation job will be taken up.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth at designated palce, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size
