OEM/Authorized dealers of OEM are only eligible to participate. Authorized dealers of OEM have to submit Tender Specific Authorization from OEM, else their offer shall be summarily rejected.

As per ICF specification, UV 760 of M/s 3M, Sika 554 of M/s Sikaflex and MS 939 of M/s Henkel are the regular sources. In case a bidder offers any make other than the above, the bidder/OEM shall comply with either of the following conditions: a) The bidder or their OEM should have successfully supplied the tendered item against the same ICF specification to any Zonal Railway or Railway Production Unit. Copies of CRNs shall be submitted along with the bid and again with the material supply else their offer shall be summarily rejected. (OR ) b) The bidder or their OEM shall submit a valid test certificate from a Govt./NABL-accredited laboratory confirming that the offered item fully complies with the tendered ICF specification. The test certificate shall be submitted along with the bid and again with the material supply. Additionally, the bidder shall submit a clause wise compliance statement of the ICF specification. In the absence of the test certificate and the clause-wise compliance statement, the offer shall be summarily rejected.

It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. Offers with PVC will be summarily rejected.
