Taking down and checking of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall fan any type and any size at site on daily basis after disconnecting the electrical connection including replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts , lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor work (if required) and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection Note : i) New spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately . ii)Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan any sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the blades and removing fan incl blades to the work shop for Rewinding including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan , testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel complete all as specified and directed. Note : i) Rewinding work of armature shall be measured and paid separately. ii) New spare parts required for replacing old burn out parts shall be measured and paid separately. iii)Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L for taking out and removing burnt copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding the fan armature for 1200mm sweep fan with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including supply and fixing necessary insulating materials etc and varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as pr item No.100 here-in-before but for 1400mm sweep ceiling fan all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement louvers shutters Aluminium based for Exhaust fan of size above 300mm up to 450 mm sweep suitable for any make made of MS sheet including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and bolt,nut,washers etc complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully Wall Fan any sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the blades and removing fan incl blades to the work shop for Rewinding including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan , testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel complete all as specified and directed. Note : i) Rewinding work of armature shall be measured and paid separately. ii) New spare parts required for replacing old burn out parts shall be measured and paid separately. iii)Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L for taking out and removing burnt copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding the fan armature for wall fan of any size with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including supply and fixing necessary insulating materials etc and varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flexible multi stranded copper wire twin twisted two core of size 0.75sqmm complete all as specified and directed.(Make:Havells/Plaza/Polycab)

S&F aluminium based fan blade (set of 3 Nos.) suitable for any typr any size of fan with nut bolt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling fan canopy as per existing size (2 nos.) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS type hooke suitable for any type any size of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED strip rope light, water proof, decorative LED light complete all as specified and directed (Make-Phillips/Havells/Wipro).
