M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) using paving bitumen VG-30 depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50mm and not exceeding 100mm depth in area not exceeding 400 sqm.

M&L granite, trap or basalt, 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brusing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG 30 grade complete all as specified.

M&L for paving bitumen any penetration, premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surface by brusing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 penetration by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted by using power vibrator roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note: For design purpose, minimum binder content is specified as 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen and if reduced, necessary price adjustment will be carried out as specified in Particular specifications. However during design stage, if binder content exceeds 5.5%, no extra payment shall be made to contractor for excess use of binder.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level, factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for 75mm thick Moorum / Red bajri, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required as in berms complete all as specified.

M&L for dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavings and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’, for thickness of concrete slab 100 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamferred edge cement concrete paver blocks of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size / shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions of Make Dark Eye, 3M, Mr Illumination or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminium alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (Shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V / 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V / 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions etc., all as specified and directed of Make Dark Eye, 3M, Mr Illumination or equivalent.

S&F for PVC SWR pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, 75mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for brick work with fly ash, modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone agg) as in filling of groove cutting, in hold fast blocks or in coping.
