Earth work in excavation for all type of bridge structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORTH technical specifications Clause 304 and as per direction of the Engineer-Incharge by mechanical means/manual including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of useful material or disposal of surplus materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental to the disposal site. Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetra. by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, shuttering and pumping out water upto any depth or any quontam of water including slush which may be arise during de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-In-Charge and retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechanical mixed and vibrated cement concrete M-15 (M-Fifteen) in open foundation including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications clause1500, 1700 and 2100 and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed and vibrated Reinforcement concrete work Grade M-25 (Twenty five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm2 (twenty five newton per square millimeter) with cement contents not less than 360 kg (three hundred sixty Killogramme) per cubic meter or as per approved design mix and curing complete including the cost of form work complete and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of reinforcement as per Morth technical specifications clause 1500, 1700 and 2100 including carriage of material as per approved specification drawing , design and as directed by the Engineer in charge within all leads lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregate as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm ( six hundred millimeter) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing walls return walls and retaining/breast walls to the full height compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 2200 and clause 710.1.4 of IRC-78 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4mm (Four Milimeter) dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 100mm (Hundred Milimeter) x 100mm (Hundred Milimeter) mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10 (Ten) per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 (Forty) kg each, complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clause 2706 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetra, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation footings, bases of columns and mass concrete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing M.S.( mild steel ) B.P. sheet 2.0mm ( two milimetre) thick of TATA/sail/ Relience/Jindal for eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-Incharge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separately) including fixing complete as per cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per PWD specifications, approved drawing and design, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 0.62mm (zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet ISI marked Z-120 (Z-one hundred twenty) of TATA / Durashine/ sail/ Relience/Jindal in roofing over steel trusses with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (TWENTY) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster and 5 (five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm ( six milimeter) diameter with prepainted limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-In-charge including carriage of material with in all lead and lift and other incidental as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
