Eligibility Criteria

The bidders fulfilling all rules/conditions said in the tender document are eligible. Latest Circulars from Govt. are also applicable.

It shall be responsibility of the bidder to ensure credit of tender processing fee (Non-Refundable) & E.M.D. into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-procurement on or before the last date & time of bid submission.

As per tender Agreement clause 24.1, the successful tenderer shall submit the Security Deposit(Performance Security) infavour of Executive Engineer in the form of Bankers Cheque/DD/Pay order for an amount of equivalent to 5% of the contract price and also an additional security for unbalanced tender amount in the form of DD/FDR of any Nationalised Bank within 7 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance and shall enter into an agreement and the work shall be started within a week after agreement.

All the documents pertaining to technical bid should be attested by the gazetted officer not less than the grade of District Level Officer. If not said bid shall be rejected and he should be able to produce the attested document at any time, if required.

The contractor is supposed to purchase all required materials on his own for carrying out the work, and all the materials shall be tested for its quality prior to construction and its quality shall be of ISI standards.

E.M.D. shall be paid according to e-payment rules as said in e-procurement portal. Any tender without EMD will not be considered.E.M.D. validity shall be 45 days more than the scheduled date of the completion of project.

An amount of 1% shall be deducted towards Labour cess from each of the running bill of the contractor.

Tenders from joint ventures are not acceptable.

Conditional tenders are subjected for rejection.

Acceptance/Cancellation of the works are reserved by undersigned without any reasons for the same.

Details of machineries owned/heired as said in the tender document is to be certified by the gazetted officer/by the notary is to be submitted at the time of tender. If not such tender shall be rejected.

All bidders shall upload the details of the following documents: i) Contractor Registration. ii) PAN. iii) TIN. iv) Works completed in last 5 years. v.)Valadity Electrical licence . vi) Details of minimum quantities of work done in one year. vii) Yearly turnover from last 5 years. viii) Present ongoing works. xi) Tener bid Capacity should be more than Tender amount
