SH:I SUPPLY & LAYING OF CABLES

Supply of 3 Core, following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured Power cable of 11 KV grade (11 KV earthed system) conforming to IS: 7098 (part-II) amended up to date. (i) 3C x 300 Sq mm

Supply of following sizes of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Alumimium Conductor armoured power cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 amended upto date : (ii) 3.5C x 300 Sq mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of size up to 300 Sq. mm. direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of size up to 300 Sq. mm. in the existing RCC/HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. (i) 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. (i) 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. (i) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. Mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. (i) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. Mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (i) 3.5C x 300 Sq mm

Supply and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 core X 300 sqmm XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV (UE) grade as required.

SH:II EARTHING

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For vertical run)

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SH III MISC. ITEMS

Dismanteling of Compact substation(1 No.), LT panels (Essential LT panel & APFC Panel),2 No. 250 KVA DG sets with AMF Panels alongwith all accesories from installed location of RCS old substation carefully for shifting and Re-installation purpose to New power House location or as directed by EIC at Kushinagar Airport etc complete as required.

Shifting, Installation ,Testing and Recommisioning of Compact substation(1 No.), LT panels (Essential LT panel & APFC Panel),2 No. 250 KVA DG sets with AMF Panels and Buffer tanks alongwith all accesories i/c Packing, forwarding, Loading & Unloading, transportation charges etc. complete as required from RCS old power House Kushinagar to specified locations of New power at Kushinagar Airport(Approx. distance 2.5 KM).

Supplying and fixing single line diagram, schematic diagrams etc. of A1 size on suitable Aluminium sheet including lamination etc. as required complete on wall.

Supplying and fixing of flame retardant electrical insulation mat having no adverse effect of mineral oil, high insulation resistance and water proof of nominal size: 2.5mm +/- 10% thick and 1000mm +/-20mm wide Antistatic Electric Insulated Synthetic Mat confirming to IS: 15652: 2006 with upto date amendments suitable for 11 KV installation alongwith adhesive/resin, sealing material and similar type of taping on sealing at all joints and corners as per recommendations etc as required .The Mat shall be ISI marked. Its leakage current at 11 KV shall not be more then 10 mA.The mat shall be welded by hot gas lending with filler martial method by making V grove cut at joints with suitable welding cord of insulation material of matching colour to provide a seamless jointed surface as per IS:8002

Supplying and fixing of nominal 2.0 mm thick Electric Insulated Synthetic Mat of conforming to IS:15652:2006 and meeting the requirements of IS 5216, IS 8437, IEC-479 Pub-1, alongwith suitable adhesive /chemibound, pu-resin, water proofing compound and sealing material as per in service recommendations of Annexure-'A' 'Clause C' of IS:15652 and Suitable for Class - A upto 3.3 KV AC & 240 V DC without HT Trolley movement.

Providing & Fixing of 25 mm dia. "C" Class M.S.pipe confirming to IS: 1239 Part-I (2004) with up to date ammendments along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface pipe, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed pipe for making connection between HSD buffer tank & DG Set complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 200 mm dia MS exhaust piping, heavy duty class-C ( as per IS 3589) complete with all accessories such as bends flanges, flexible connections at a suitable distance etc. and insulated with 50 mm thick layer of LRB rock wool having 144 kg/m3 density, cladding with 0.63 mm aluminium sheet all-round the exhaust pipe complete as required at site, as per CPCB norm, including fixing of residential grade silencers, flexible bellows complete as per instruction of EIC . Exhaust pipe & silencer etc shall be sopported at least with MS angle size 50 mm x 50mm x 5 mm frame / structure with necessary civil work for foundation arrangements. etc The exhaust system including the silencer must be sized to ensure that back pressure on system does not exceed the back pressure recommended by engine manufacturer. Design calculation in support shall be submitted before execution of work & got approved from the engineer in charge. Silenscers and Horizontal pipe runs shall be supported with angle frame & fixed at foundation on ground. complete as required.

Making PCC foundation complete with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for the above DG Set canopy of suitable size as per recommendation of OEM/OEA complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.
