1. The service charges should be 3.85% to 7%, in accordance of Memorandum No. F. 6/1/2023-PPD, Govt. Of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Procurement Policy Division.
2. If service charge is quoted in decimal, only two digits after the decimal point will be considered without rounding off.
3. The per day wages rates will be as per the minimum wage rate of Govt. of Bihar applicable as on date and revised from time to time. Agency will have to pay EPF and ESI as per rule.
4. The emolument fixed for the other categories manpower to be paid to the deployed manpower as decided by the University.
