REPAIR TO CERTAIN INTERNAL ROADS AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE GWALIOR

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with using paving bitumen VG-30, as 4 % of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, with using paving bitumen VG-30 laid / spread uniformly by means of pavers over primed black top surfaces, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Filling of any pot holes (coming in the area to be re-carpeted) in the item not exc 30mm depth by material of premix asphaltic semi dense concrete is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, with using paving bitumen VG-10, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (paving bitumen VG-30) @ 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L moorum /red bajri filling in floors or paving laid in layers n exc 15cm thick spread leveled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of Painting Lines, Dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like not exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow (retro reflective thermo plastic road marking paint 1.50 mm thick, uniform finish yellow / white in colour, applied by machine) ,all as specified and conforming to BS 3262-1989 including cleaning of surface completed all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs CAT eye solar reflected type of metal body allow of size 100 x100x20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of modal no DA-972.0 fixed with and including MS studs of suitable size as per manufactures instructions etc completed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Solar Delinator size 1000x 47mm is made of polycarbonate and toughned aluminium alloy body and height 145mm, dia 80mm comprises of 4 super bright LEDs whch give 360 degree veiwing including solar panel 2.5V, 120mm( approx) 1.25 V rechargable battary 1- Noincluding surface dressing and PCC 1:2:4 unsing 12.5 graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx 125mm x25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt NI-ed recharchable battary ( 1.2V/ 1600ma) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000mcd completed as per manufatures instruction etc complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm each and depth exc. 50 mm but n. exc 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming /tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade at 10kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
