Material shall be delivered directly to consignee on door delivery basis. Offers not confirming to this tender condition may be considered unresponsive. 3. Tenderers/Bidders should go through the condition for tender document w.e.f.23.12.2020 (and all its corrigenda) available in the IREPS website before submitting their offer. 4. Tenderers are required to submit their offers by filling up the e-tender form on the website itself after making the payment of the requisite Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), unless exempted as per provisions under Para 6.0 of Section-I of ECOR tender conditions 5.
