Providing wood work in frames of Doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frame, wrought framed and fixed in position with (hold fast lugs or with dash fastener shall be paid for separately). a) With Sal wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled for doods, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in frames of windows with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings/ wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: Rough side (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) Natural colour insulating board. 12mm thick
