Flushing out of old Engine oil & old coolant, cleaning of the oil chamber etc. by suitable means and disposing/ dumping the flushed material at suitable place away from the hospital premises. The job includes thorough cleaning (by suitable means) and inspection of DG set for any loose nuts and bolts and replacement of damaged ones. The job shall further includes checking of dynamo and self starter and battery for proper functioning. All skilled labour, tools & tackles required for the job are to be arranged by the firm.

Providing, fitting and testing of 4 Pole (3tpn) 100 A,415 V, 50 HZ Offload Changeover Switch with sheet steel enclosure of reputed/approved make in the Boiler House of Chest Disease Hospital. The job includes firmly fixing of the changeover on the wall by means of suitable fastner. The job also comprises of providing and fixing of thimbles of required size and cripping of the same by means of hydraulic cripping tool as shall be felt to complete the job. The job later on includes satisfactory testing of the same. All items, consumables, technical manpower etc required for the job shall be provided by the contractor.
