Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tenderer should be the authorized supplier of the said materials

Income tax for the Three years confirmed by Competent Authority.

Turnover of Vender, for the past 3 years to be attached.

Rate once accepted to an interim higher rate for any reason.

The materials for the work should be products of reputed companies and should be of good quality: In case of authorized dealers/sub-dealers of the companies appropriate documentation should be attached to the same.

On acceptance of the price list the supplier shall be bound to supply the materials within the specified period to the place mentioned in the work order

Defects found in the supplied materials will not accepted

Good quality materials should be supplied immediately as per Requirement from the Official.

EMD amount of remaining tenderers other then accepted tenderer Refunds will be made within 30 days of completion of the approval process.

It is The Responsibity of the Vender, To provide the Quality reports of the Supplied Materials.

If any Date in Tender Time table is on Government Holiday, Next Working day Should be considered.

The duration of the tender shall be from the date of approval of the tender till the completion of the said work. According to the progress of the work and the requirement of the materials, The materials shall be supplies to the work site in installments within the time period specified in the supply order issued by Assistant Executive Engineer RDWS&S Sub Division Dharwad.

In case of delay in Release of grants by the Government ,neither Zilla panchayat, RDWS&SD and Gram Panchayat shall be responsible for the delayed payment and no litigation regarding the payment shall be allowed.

Executive Engineer, RDWS&SD Dharwad have the power to cancel the tender immediately at any stage in case of delay in supply of deficiency in quality of materials.

If the successful bidder does not enter into the contract within the prescribed period after receiving the mandate or within the prescribed period the Comprehensive Art Development Month of Concern village. Failure to do so well result in forfeiter of EMD and tender conditions Even in case of Violation, cancel the mandate and EMD money will be forfeited.

Award of tender The tender who has quoted the lowest price on the basis of the financial offer shall be considered as successful tender and if necessary mandated to the tender invited authority to negotiate for appointment with the lowest quoted renderer. There will be authority.

The successful tenderer will be awarded the work order and after receiving the work order will have to sign a contract with the department in the prescribed form contacting the tender provisions and certain conditions imposed.

Executive Engineer ,RDWS&SD will supreme authority for approval and rejection of the tender.

Item wise GST will be paid saperatly by the department.

If the More than one Bidders participated with the same quoted rate, in that case the Maximum Turnover achieved in the last Three years will be considered in the Financial Bid.
