Providing and fixing panelling of18mm th marine ply of ISI mark on aluminium frame work of including all labour & material as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing & Pasting 1mm th good quality mica over 18mm th marine ply on wall pasting with fevicol using abrotape & beading for proper packing including all labour & material as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing & Insertion of appropriate size of beading thick good quality wooden beading free from knot inside aluminium frame work of material 50x25x1.0mm thick aluminium frame work for 18mm thick marine ply on wall including all labour & material as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fxing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standardtubular sections/appropriate Z sections andother sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. attop, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall 4 be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required includingcleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing I paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steelscrews, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
